My hubby and I were very fortunate to be invited to this exceptional hotel for a friend's birthday. I honestly cannot think of one bad thing to say about this hotel....food, service, rooms, location, amenities - wow!!! There were 50 of us in the party and every single person raved about this hotel - we were all extremely well looked... More

I really loved this hotel that was once a 19th century villa. One of my absolute favorites. It sits on the edge of a cliff in Sorrento. The staff were very nice, friendly and available 24 hrs a day. The free WiFi worked well. There is a long, beautiful walk down the hotel's path to the entrance, out the gate... More

I was concerned about staying in this hotel (and the area generally) during the off-season. And, yes, the hotel was quiet; the outdoor pool was not in use; and it rained -- in fact, it poured! But none of this detracted from our enjoyment. We were upgraded to a corner room with the largest private balcony we've ever had in... More

We booked this hotel to celebrate my Mum's 60th birthday in style! This is a truly stunning and luxurious hotel. The decor is fabulous, you feel like you are walking into another world when you step in here. We had a beautiful room with a sea view, we could see across the bay to Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The beds... More

We went here in November, 2015. We were greeted at the dock by the bellman who drove us up the hill with our luggage. The service was awesome. The Concierge, Cerrado De Gregorio was fantastic. He went out of his way to help us. He made some great recommendations for restaurants. He helped make the experience even better. We also... More

We started our two week Italian vacation w two nights in Sorento at this famous hotel. Service was great during entire stay w drink and snack upon arrival to reception, dinner and bar. Location is central w water views from top of cliff. The property includes a citrus grove which you walk through to leave by a side entrance. This... More

We stopped for lunch and to tour this historic hotel. It reminded us of The Breakers in Palm Beach or The Biltmore in Coral Gables. The views from the restaurant are stunning with massive windows looking out over Sorrento Bay. The service was above and beyond fantastic! The cuisine, I'll never forget. I ordered a pasta dish with clams, caviar... More

We deliberately arranged our weekend visit to the Sorrentine Peninsula in the off season to avoid the crowd. Having stayed at the Vittoria years ago, there really wasn't any doubt that we would stay there again. We only hoped that the years hadn't spoiled the hotel. They haven't. The entrance to the hotel is discreetly sited smack on the main... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days during our anniversary trip throughout Italy and it was a top highlight. Everything was nearly perfect, from the greeting at the front desk, they escorted us to our room and sent a bottle of champagne. The sea views from our room were amazing. Their patio overlooks the Gulf of Naples and on... More

Hands down the best hotel in the world that i've stayed in so far. Incredible personalities of the staff and every single detail you could imagine is thought through without being too prescriptive/generic. Staff want to be there which makes the service impeccible and an unforgettable holiday thank you to the whole team!
