This was our 3rd visit back to this terrific little boutique hotel located in the heart of this beautiful seaside town. Ivan & his wonderful staff made our stay truly remarkable with the service and a true style of what I would believe Italian hospitality to be. Nothing we asked for was to big or to small and the staff really made us feel welcome. (Even after Roman carried our 12 suitcases up the stairs! Thanks again Roman!) My family and I booked out the whole place and I can assure you, you would not be disappointed if you did the same. Ivan & staff, we look forward to seeing you again soon! Cheers, Marcus (Melbourne, Australia)
This was a last minute decision to spend a night in Sorrento after visiting Pompeii, in fact it was the last night the hotel was open for the season and we were given a room upgrade on arrival. The staff and owner were great and excited about shutting down for the winter as they were doing a full renovation, would love to see it once they have completed. The room was great, very spacious and unique. location was right in the heart of Sorrento, you couldn't get any closer to the shopping and food areas if you tried. Finding the reception was a bit of a challenge so maybe the only thing we could say would be to get some better signage from the courtyard up through the stairs. But overall a lovely place that is well appointed.
We stayed here for 4 nights. It is a small hotel, only 5 rooms. Located on a busy alley road, so the drivers won’t be able to drive up to the entrance. But it is less than a 2 min walk to drop off points. The staff here is simply amazing. They helped arranged our pickup/dropoff drivers, booked our day drive to amalfi coast and advise us of sea conditions (ferry to Capri or around the coast). This is by far the BEST service. We had the junior suite- nice and clean. There are 2 sets of windows and door to the balcony. It is a great design - gives you the option of having some windows open and the door really blocks out all noise from the street. The breakfast is nicely done. breakfast items- cut meat, cheese, pastries, fruits, omelette, yogurt. They really give you a personalized service at breakfast. 6 stars for service. 4 stars for facility - about 20 steps up to the entrance ( they did help carry one of our luggage). This is the only accommodation we stayed in Sorrento so not able to compare. Not a luxury hotel but definitely above a 3.5 star in terms of amenities. Again- the service is awesome. Thank you for the great service.…
Wonderful place to stay. Excellent staff, beautiful breakfasts, great location, however a bit hard to find as the location is down a pedestrian alley. Loads of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Including the ferry and beach swimming areas. Extremely helpful and cheery staff.
We stayed 5 nights in Sorento at this well appointed and newly decorated hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. The rooms are comfortable and air conditioned. The location is close to everything. Well done.
