We stayed here for 5 nights in October. The location was great and secure, and everything was clean and modern looking. We had the apartment with the balcony overlooking the square, and it was just a wonder spot to sit and relax and to watch the activities going on. It was convenient to have a kitchenette, though we didn't use it much because there were so many nice restaurants. Their breakfast was pretty good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again if we go back to Sorrento.
We stayed here for 3 nights in January. Pluses: - Free buffet breakfast (cold items only) - Fast, free wifi - Lots of outlets - Great location off Piazza Tasso, and on Piazza San Antonio - Lift, if such things matter to you - Clean, quiet, secure - in-room coffee/tea, refrigerator Minuses: - It's cold at night in January, but we had to ask twice to get an extra blanket so we wouldn't freeze - Housekeeping never refilled our coffee/tea/sugars/biscuits for the length of our stay - Manager came INTO OUR ROOM, using his key, despite a DO NOT DISTURB on the door. We were taking a nap and it scared us. Totally unacceptable. - There are twice as many rooms as tables at breakfast. In the offseason, this is not a problem; however, signs on the walls saying "Don't linger at breakfast" tell me that it IS a problem in summer, and the hotel needs a better solution than pushing guests out (I like to linger over coffee! I'm on holiday!) -…
An excellent stay in an amazingly central location.. We were 10 couples and so had 10 out of their 12 rooms--it was like our personal home! Valentina and Alexei and all the staff were always helpful, and whatever we asked for was taken care of--nothing was a problem for them. One of the group had a room with a large terrace overlooking the main square, and so this was a great gathering place for our group to sit in the evenings. Rooms were contemporary-looking and many were two levels. Highly recommend this little gem!
Don’t expect much and you will be fine. Rooms are simple. Advice - book a deluxe. Temperature control is a problem for the lofted bedroom suites. Breakfast is nothing fresh, it is all out of a package and placed on serving trays. Staff is possibly 4 people, one person does breakfast and housekeeping. Price should be low. Location is good if you want to be in Sorrento. I can’t recommend this place.
My partner and I stayed in this beautiful guesthouse for 3 nights. I’d recommend it to anyone!! It overlooks a beautiful square and is so close to all shops and restaurants. Perfect location!! Also a short walk to the train station. The rooms were immaculate, bright and spacious. The decor was pretty and it was very comfortable. Valentina was absolutely wonderful, as was Allessio - both gave wonderful recommendations and advice. I can’t say enough positive words about this place - book it for your next trip to Sorrento!! 😊 Photo is the view from our balcony!
