If location and cleanliness are important then this a great choice. We spent 4 nights in June and this was a really great base. Limitations - wifi only in lobby and unexciting breakfast unless you love bread. We would definitely return and Sorrento is wonderful.

We had a room with a big terrace that was nice to sit on in the afternoon. The room was basic but clean. Breakfast is basic and the breakfastroom is really booring. Free wifi in the reception area. There is also a pool in the garden, it's very small but enough to take a short swim. The hotel has a very...

Reading other comments on here it all sounds so familiar. Good location, small rooms - avoid 111 (probably applies to rooms immediately above) if possible, view is non existent. Staff always coming round at regular intervals in the pool area asking if you want a drink - if I had wanted one I would have made the short journey to...

Visited last October, and had such a good week I went back in May. Nice room with a mini balcony overlooking the garden. Service was very good again, and the wifi is now free to use in the bar/reception/terrace area. The location is just fantastic, and you can literally be in the middle of town one minute, and sitting peacefully...

We stayed for 2 nights as part of a trip around Italy. The lady who checked us in was lovely and very helpful. The room was basic but spacious and clean. The area was perfect, walking distance to everything. The breakfast was basic as all others have been. The noise.. We were really hot and couldn't find the air conditioning...

I spent four days in Hotel Eden with my mother, who was celebrating her 83rd birthday. The hotel was perfect for our needs. We wanted rooms close by and had rooms 409 and 410 which have huge adjacent balconies. My mother is gluten-free and the hotel restaurant staff worked hard to accommodate her needs at breakfast and at dinner. The...

We booked the Hotel Eden in Sorrento with my husband and our friends through Thomson Holidays as a budget option on a Half Board basis. When we arrived we felt pleased with our choice, the staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful and the hotel and rooms were spotless. The first day, after an exhausting and stressful journey we decided...

I've just shared 4 wonderful days at the Hotel Eden with two friends. For starters, what a fabulous location! So central yet just far enough away from the main square to enjoy some tranquillity as we relaxed in the lovely garden area after a hard day's sightseeing. The hotel was immaculately clean and our rooms, although fairly basic, had the...
