This is a very large hotel with a very unhelpful staff. There is no concierge to help with tours or for anything else. They just rudely tell you to go to the bus station for help. Horrible breakfast and the wait staff was the rudest I have ever seen. When my husband asked for coffee the girl (with a sour... More

The original reason we had booked into Salerno was to do the ferry ride to Positano. We had made arrangements in writing before we left Australia to store our luggage in the hotel so we could do the trip to Sorrento for two days and then return to Salerno and head up to Milan. When we found that the ferry... More

Unfortunately we had a very bad time at this hotel. The people at the reception were not friendly. The food was without guality. Nobody of my friends ate . The waiters were in a harry without a reason. Big rooms.

Superior room really was a good size, some dated 70s furniture with the odd bit of chipped melamine but comfortable bed, two bathrooms, sitting area plus table with chairs, fridge and large balcony with sea views towards the harbour. Very comfortable large king-size bed, quality bedding. Very clean and spacious. Inferior service in places I am afraid to say. Although... More

Nice and beautiful designed rooms. Colourful tiles in the bathrooms And very clean impression. There are som minor defects but who hasn't ? 😊 This is a very priceworthy hotel situated just a few meters from the shore. Just about 10 minutes walk to the central train station and to the "promenade" That ends up in the old town with... More

We may be a little biased because we got upgraded to a junior suite, which was way WAY more room than two girls needed and included an enormous wrap around balcony. Two bathrooms, one with a sensational bathtub that was lovely for soaking my weary legs after a day in Pompeii. Walking distance from train station, which was a plus.... More

We booked this hotel on Booking.com for a double room for a night for 90euros, when we arrived we were charged another 27 as they were 2 people (we had booked a double room) this hidden cost is wrong. The hotel is large, clean and modern with massive rooms and a cosy bed.

I stayed one night after my travel plans were changed. I booked at short notice but although I got almost the last room on a busy evening the staff were all helpful and friendly. My room was lovely with an enormous and very comfortable bed with excellent bedding and pillows. I loved the wide corridors with black, yellow and white... More

This hotel was adequate. It works as a conference/business hotel. Our room with a balcony was clean with a view of the ocean, but it was far from the historic district, though close to downtown Salerno. The outside displays four stars but that is not the case as the exterior is run down and the staff is unhelpful. It is... More

I have stayed in many hotels in Italy with similar budget and I have never been that impressed. It is a true 4 star hotel with excellent service, huge rooms that sparkle from cleanliness and an excellent sea view. The breakfast buffet was impressive and the dinner was equally good. They even had no problem to accommodate a friend with... More
