We are so glad we chose Pogerola and Villa Maria whilst on our 10 day trip of the Amalfi coast. The village is beautiful and sits high up in the mountain away from the hustle of Amalfi ( but only 15 mins by bus) you immediately feel like one of the locals, there are a few little restaurants and delicatessen...

We traveled from Rome to Salerno and then boarded a ferry to Amalfi. Awesome. But the thought of taking a bus to the B&B was a little tiring. Wow! It is so worth it. Take the bus to Pergola for this place! Quiet, quaint and quite new. Clean and well decorated. Located smack between several excellent restaurants. The views are...

Villa Maria in Pogerola is an excellent Bed & Breakfast, in a little village up in the mountains. The people are very friendly, the food is excellent, and the views are spectacular. All the staff at villa Maria are very helpful, especially Alessandro who made us feel very welcome. He gave us lots of useful advice. He even went out...

After a long road trip we spent the final 6 nights of a 21 night holiday at Villa Maria. The location is stunning, set in a small village half way up a mountain! It is quiet and peaceful but has a good selection of restaurants nearby. It truly is paradise with large airy rooms, fresh breakfasts, excellent staff and luxurious...

My partner and I traveled to the Amalfi coast and stayed in two places. One being a hotel and the other being Villa Maria B&B. The quality of service is second to none. I enjoyed the intercontinental breakfast and fantastic walking track which leads from he heart of the piazza in Amalfi to Villa Maria. The staff were all very...

We really love this place. We booked here because it had good reviews and this place lived up to our expectations. The rooms are gorgeous. Large and spacious. Very well decorated and modern but you still feel like you are in Italy. Te trace breakfast and dinner at the nearby restaurant were well enjoyed. This is located out of the...

This is a great B&B in a beautiful little town up the mountain. In Pogerola you find a more authentic experience away from all the traffic. The bus was very convenient as its last stop is a 1 minute walk from Villa Maria. We had to catch a train in the morning out of Salerno and were able to take...

Villa Maria is a gem consisting of a few tastefully decorated rooms, a deck overlooking the mountains, sun room with fantastic fresh breakfast daily and a wonderful young owner running the place. It is located in a village in the mountains directly above the city of Amalfi. Even though we drive from Naples in a rental, we chose to take...

For location within Pogerola you cannot beat this place. Right on the main square, near the local shops, bars and restaurants. We had a lovely room on the first floor with wooden beams, a view over the hills and a lovely wee balcony. Fantastic air con, can't hear a thing when in the rooms. Very good place to stay and...
