Villa Annalara is located on a steep rock, "la Villa", suspended between the mountains and the sea, in the historical center, in a particularly suggestive position. Ideal place where you can revitalize your body and soul, offers relax and strong emotions. The lift will lead our customers on a big terrace, nestled in the green landscape made of lemon trees and age-old plants, surrounded by bougainvilleas, rhododendrons and geraniums. It is like a window on the charming panorama of Amalfi.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Villa Annalara. From the moment we arrived, Salvatore was so welcoming. It is a small property, which we enjoyed, as it felt a bit like a bed and breakfast. The other staff members were also friendly and accomodating. the location is hard to beat, with the streets of Amalfi right outside the gates. It is roughly a ten minute walk to the bus/ferry transportation, and less than that to a host of wonderful restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Not sure why this is not classed as a 4 or 5 stars but better for visitors. The place is just amazing. Salvatore has made our stay really amazing and everybody in the property was very helpful. The panoramic views are incredible and this is difficult to believe when you are 5 minutes walking from the beach.

Stayed at Villa Annalara for three nights .. The best part of the hotel for which I would recommend it to all is that it’s about 800 Mrs from the main peir and bus station on the Main Street of amalfi .. once u reach the hotel there are is only one flight of stairs to lug ur luggage and then there is a elevator to take u up , then again one flight of steps ..😁. ( which in amalfi is a luxury guys ) . We had hired a porter from the bus station who left our bags up so that was a help .. However the elevator saves you around 150 steps of picking up the luggage ...rooms are small( like all in Europe ) but nicely and brightly done up .. Hot water is freely available.. our room was on the top terrace ( so some more luggage hauling ) but the viewof the sea down below was good .. the. Breakfast is also good ( basic but fresh and complete ) . Salvatore on the last day was in a very good mood ..wishing everyone and singing .. I guess that was the reason why we got an omelette for breakfast rather than only the basic boiled eggs πŸ˜‚. But one of the most accessible mid range hotels in Amalfi πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸΌ

We stayed at Villa Annalara for 4 nights in the Glicine room. Althought the room adjoined the public terrace / breakfast area, it was quiet. Beds comfortable, although could use some more table space in the room and bathroom. Breakfast was great every day. The beautiful view from the terrace was so great. Highly recommend. The only issue we had was that the shower did not have a door and would splash out onto the floor. Also the bathroom did not have a fan/vent and after showering, would become like a steam room. We would open the terrace doors to dry the room out.

Stayed 5 days mid april 2019. comfortable, clean. starting the day with breakfast on the terrasse with the view over amalfi is the best. parking available 2 minutes walk away. 10 minutes to center of town down the main street with many good restaurant on the way. host very friendly and recommended visit to paestum (impressive roman temple), recommended the walk up to the waterfall, pontone and ravello (lush forest, pretty villages, ... quite an uphill but worth it). we will definitely stay there again whenever we are in amalfi!
