We stayed in the Hotel Floridiana in October this year and had a fantastic time. We stayed for 3 nights in the Junior suite and would recommend it to anyone staying in or around Amalfi. The directions were great and the drive from Naples was beautiful, we arrived mid afternoon on a Friday and the traffic was fine. Upon arrival...

The roads getting into town were a little nerve racking, however the drive was beautiful and worth it. The hotel parking (was free) but again the roads are narrow. The hotel gives excellent directions. The hotel is located in the town square next to the cathedral, many restaurants and shops. It is also just a one minute walk to the...

Having read the reviews I knew I must stay at the Hotel Floridiana in Amalfi when arranging my holiday in Italy. Agnese and MariaRosa are fantastic. Every morning Agnese and MariaRosa ask if everything is OK, do you need anything? what are your plans today? and then give information / suggestions. Room was big by Italian standards and the bathroom...

This small 13 room hotel was a gem. I loved the location and was impressed with the modern decor and clean rooms. The day staff speak perfect English and were right on top of the bus and ferry time schedules, which constantly change every week.

This hotel really is a gem. Located near the Amalfi square and the rooms having been renovated in 2004 and others in 2007 make this a dream hotel to stay in. Lots of room with large bathrooms such a rare treat in Europe. Agnes the owner was very helpful even insisting on carry our luggage the whole 27 steps to...

It would seem that everything there is to say about this hotel has already been said and I can only reaffirm all of the positive comments. Agnese, the proprietor, and her staff are as helpful as you could possibly wish for. The whole hotel is the most spotlessly clean we've ever stayed in and it's location, whilst not having a...

Hotel Floridiana is a wonderful hotel and fully deserving of its TripAdvisor ranking. It is spotlessly clean, the room my wife and I had (a junior suite) was large and airy with a jacuzzi upstairs in the mezzanine area. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the location perfect. The thing that really sets it apart however is the...

Nothing much to add to previous reviews. Agnese, the owner, makes the whole thing work wonderfully. She is extremely warm and helpful. We found her insider tips on places to eat and things to do invaluable. A really nice place to spend a couple of days in Amalfi. Day trips Capri - We took the ferry from Amalfi (E17.00 per...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as a part of a larger independent trip to Sicily and Campania, and I must say I have never been made to feel more welcome in my life. It is often the details that can make or mar the overall impression, and in this case I simply cannot praise the owner's attention...

This is a great little hotel right in the heart of Amalfi, just off the Cathedral Square. Although it's down a little alleyway, it's not difficult to find if you follow the directions gven by the hotel. Perfect place from which to explore the Amalfi Coast. We stayed 5 nights as part of our honeymoon and would happily stay again....
