A magnificent family, run, 5 star luxury boutique hotel. Warm, friendly staff, and beautifully designed rooms. The food & service in both of the hotel restaurants (Glicine - Michelin Star & the seaside terrace restaurant) is some of the best that you will find on the Amalfi Coast. The seaside pool is not to be missed, with its idyllic position and views back towards Amalfi historical centre! The hotel is very well organised, with a shuttle service (5 minutes) to central Amalfi

We had the best time here - the hotel is built into the cliff side and from every vantage point, you have an extraordinary panoramic view. We stayed for 4 days and wished we could have stayed longer - it’s a unique and luxurious spot that is worth the winding drive in! Highlights: The beach club! Access to the water is solely reserved for hotel guests, complete with changing areas, beach bar, pool and food menu. There is a designated safe swimming area and lots of floaties! The service is amazing - they really go above and beyond. When we checked in, they immediately upgraded us to a two story suite, “The Tower”, which was a stunning room with entrance onto the gardens. Five stars also for Michelin Starred Restaurant Glicine. Spectacular experience! The staff was continually accommodating, amazing food and gorgeous views!

Not sure if there is a more magical hotel than SC. My wife still uses here room key chain to this day. We didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle or scene of Positano. This provided access to most of the coast including a 5 minute drive to the quieter town of Amalfi. Unlike most 5 star hotels SC has water access via a 10 story glass elevator. Amazing for swimming and boat pickup. We took a small dingy to lunch around the coast next door. Also was picked up twice by the world famous @barbarapositano. Day 1 on her boat and then day 2 the team boarded our luggage for a boat day and then transfer over to our stay at Ceasar Augustus. Scenery here is 2nd to none. Breakfast every morning was a 10/10. Don’t miss the Shakerato at the pool.

This place took my breath away! Attentive staff, the most beautiful grounds, the most luxurious beach club on the Amalfi coast I’m sure! We were very kindly upgraded to a Junior suite with a view to die for ! Great restaurant choices too! Old school excellence!

We were pleasantly surprised by the easy location and fantastic views. The Michelin dinner on the first night was outstanding. However, the best part about this hotel is its professional personnel. Mateo showed us our room and was very helpful from then on. Antonio handles our car beautifully and promptly. The front desk manager Genaro was a true professional. He not only took time to sit down with us and share but also secured some medication that we needed. He was a true representation of someone who enjoys what he does. I strongly recommend this hotel when in Amalfi!

Hotel Santa Caterina has exceptional service. From the valet to front desk to restaurant to pool to cleaning all 100% wanting to help and assist. Our room was unique, clean, and comfortable. AC worked well We had easy access to elevator to the pool. They are located close to town and have a complimentary shuttle going till midnight. Top it off with a 1 star Michelin restaurant and you have a homerun resort Ciao

Our stay at the Santa Caterina for 4 nights in August 2023 was special - it was our first trip as a family to Europe with kids (19/17/15). We knew we were splurging, and we knew the hotel was very nice. I was still blown away. There is no picture and no review that is going to do justice to the combination of eye-popping scenery, a very chic vibe, and impeccable service that you will experience at the Hotel SC. Every staff member conducted themselves as if solving for your every whim and care was their sole purpose in life. We've stayed at some excellent, world-class properties, but the service here was a cut above. Rooms were very spacious by American (not to mention European) standards. The pool deck alone is worth the stay at the hotel. The restaurants had an appropriate range of options for pickier eaters (read: Kids) and more adventurous ones. Location right by Amalfi is super convenient as a hub for sightseeing. As close to perfection as I've ever experienced.

The ultimate in luxury! We could not have found a better accommodation for our needs. A stunningly beautiful location and room overlooking the sea, fabulous location from which to venture out and explore... easily walkable to the center of Amalfi but they offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from town, whenever you need it, which was a godsend for my 84 year old mother. They even showed us the back way into the Cathedral to avoid all the steps for my Mom. Service was impeccable. When a tour operator cancelled our trip to Pompeii at the very last minute, I called the concierge, explained what had happened and within 15 minutes he saved the day by finding us a private car to take us there and back. Can not say enough about the staff and wonderful treatment we received.

This hotel is my new favorite! The highlight is the pool/sea area - you take an elevator down from the main floor to the pool which is just a few steps up from the Mediterranean Sea - we spent a day just lounging there; had lunch poolside, went swimming in the sea, there were rafts you could use to float around. There were waitstaff bringing cool towels, drinks, snacks. It was amazing! The rooms are super clean, recently renovated, but still very charming bc they used appropriately Italian finishes. AC was great, housekeeping did a very good job. It’s built into the cliff, so you have stunning views from the rooms and dining area, the food is incredibly delicious. The staff could not be more accommodating and kind. They will bring you to and from town. Definitely recommend the airport transfer since it is a LONG drive from the Naples airport. I would say the only draw back is the distance from the airport, but our driver both ways was lovely, safe and super nice drive. Definitely recommend!!!
