Nice hotel, centrally located to many restaurants and to the beach. The room was okay for a short stay. Air conditioning was quirky but we managed. Breakfast was good and we managed to park close by. Overall a very good experience!!

Directly on Promenade, easy access to the beach. Comfort room, good service, several languages spoken but you need to be patient during high season. Close to famous bridge, restaurants and party places, and for me downtown was better than old Pescara...

The room was nice and clean, just a bit noisy. Unfortunately no safety box. The breakfast was very poor. The service at the reception the most unfriendly, unflexible and unprofessional we have experienced in all Italy. One receptionist likes playing the teacher and treated us like idiots, really miserable, he should definitely not work in client service. Unfortunately no garage... More

The hotel is in an elegant building facing the square in front of the beach. The rooms are medium-sized for a moderately-priced hotel, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom, in particular, was great, with a large well-functioning shower. Breakfast was in a huge restaurant with a stunning view of the coast. The breakfast spread was good,... More

They dance all the night on the terrace at the sixth floor... Until 4 impossible to sleep! Swimming pool not in the hotel but external to it .. And you have to pay ... Ridiculous, old and no taste. Hotel is clean, Staff quite friendly, but that's not enough to call it a 4 stars hotel ... 4 for what... More

We just returned home from Abruzzo which included a 2 night stay at this hotel. We had a suite on the 4th floor overlooking the beach. The suite consisted of a large bedroom with a king size bed and a good-sized sitting room. There were desks in both rooms and plenty of outlets for electronic equipment. The free WiFi in the... More

We actually stayed here in August 2012 but due to major medical issues I am only able to get this review in now. Beautiful location right across from the beach and we got a deal on parking. We didn't have a reservation so we were happy to find a decent looking place to stay. We were told the beach had... More

...I would have probably rated it more than average. But this hotel, claiming to be 4 star, can only be considered average. It is old and should be renovated. Especially the elevators put you in something like a time travel experience... But the main thing really are the rooms: The beds are old, matraces should be replaced and the blankets... More

Old, dated! Two star not Four! Beautiful building from outside. Crying out for a refurb! To be honest, can't wait for the morning when we will be moving on! At least with a branded 'four star' you know what you're going to get. Breakfast staff accommodating. Reception staff a bit grumpy.
