My husband had booked this site over the phone. I should know better than to leave such things to him! there was no one to great me on arrival just a mobile number to call but I had no signal so that didn't work. My first impressions weren't great there an old watering can half filled with fag ends by...

B&B accommodation - plus sides: privacy. you get breakfast. minus sides: very limited and sporadic hot water for a bath or shower. No toilet roll provided when the tiny end of a roll provided had run out. Owner was unwelcoming and unhelpful - surprising for us as the reviews indicated friendly owners. We are friendly personable people, so all I...

Just had a weekends camping here and had a nice stay. The campsite was very busy and the kids enjoyed running around and playing on the slide and swings. The biggest downside was the 1x shower in male and female toilets (costing 50p for 6 minutes) and the gents toilets had quite a smell whiling doing the washing up just...

Friends were staying on the campsite so I booked into the bed and breakfast for a night. The single room was a tad small but very comfortable and quiet in spite of being within 50 metres of the main road. Cheryl and Peter were very welcoming although Barnie, the dog, was a little less friendly! The breakfast was freshly cooked...

Went for a family gathering, sociable type of site, very easy going in way site is run. Owners friendly and very accommodating, they also gave all the children rides around the camping field in the trailer which they really enjoyed. Facilities are basic, toilets run down. Wouldn't want to stay more than a couple of nights.

We had a few days here, stayed in the little cottage and enjoyed B&B. Cheryl and Peter are very friendly and made us all very welcome. We enjoyed the ducklings, donkeys and breakfast was awesome. This place is very relaxing and the dog was also welcome. We met friends who stayed on site in a camper van. The pitch is...

Great value, owner is great, we had an excellent night away from the kids here. Quiet from 11 ish. Near to wander to some pubs a few minutes away. Don't expect luxury but we would always recommend. Loos are ports cabin type but you can't argue. Don't come here if you want 1st class camping though.

To start with the positives, campsite owner is very friendly and laid back and the site is very near the village centre with shop and many pubs. However, the field is a bit lumpy and in parts wet. The biggest problems are with the toilets and showers. The portacabin toilets are very tired and don't look like they've been cleaned...

We stayed overnight in mid January and found the accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, warm, and cosy. After a good nights sleep we had a large full english breakfast which included free range eggs from the farm's chickens. The B&B is 3 minutes walk from the village of Long Itchington with it's six pubs, many of...
