I found this hostel to be overpriced for what it was worth but I also stayed in a room to myself. They had an organized pub crawl which seemed pretty cool, I didn't end up going to it though. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was surprisingly comfortable as well. The main thing that turned me off... More

Hello!! Thank you very much for your comment!!! we always try to improve and do the best we can our work, just for you, our guests. We hope to see you soon in Red Nest maybe during a normal day and not during La Tomatina, which is a crazy stressful day. That's probably why reception staff was busy at that... More

Hostel in a perfect location, central Valencia. Stayed in a 6 bed mixed dorm, rooms were clean but a bit old school, big locker space and comfortable enough beds. Aircon is included but in-room wifi was poor. Only two female showers and two male showers on each floor was difficult when there are so many people on your floor, especially... More

Hello!!! Thank you for leaving the feedback about our hostel. We are glad to hear that you appreciated our staff´s work. About the wifi, sometimes it happens that the signal in the rooms is weaker and that´s why you couldn´t connect. In common areas it works without problems. Regards, Marta More

Red nest is a perfect spot for young travelers who travel low budget and are looking for fun nights out with other people. I think it's a nice hostel with a very big kitchen and a nice roof terrace. The location is also perfect and I like the fact that they arrange pub crawls. What I thought was a bit... More

I stayed in a 12 bed dorm with a friend and it was possibly the best hostel experience I've ever had. We met some amazing people in our dorm and also on the pub crawl. The hostel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again if I ever return to Valencia.

I stayed in a 12-bed room with my friend (both girls, in a room with 10 guys) and I have absolutely no complaints. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the tour guide Michael who really taught us about Valencian history and general Spanish history. The water pressure in the shower could have been a lot better but the... More

Hello! Thank you for your super nice review! We are happy to hear you liked our staff's advice about food and activities in Valencia, that's the whole point of backpacking and travel on a budget, to help each other having a good time. After staying in one of the best hostels in Barcelona and Madrid, we were feeling a bit let down by this place. The rooms were dull with almost no lighting, the beds were little creeky and the common bathroom was quite a disappointment. Again, poor lighting and showers weren't functioning properly. For the positives, the receptionist was very warm, well... More

One of those places that used to be ok. Used to offer you a free beer when you arrived. Not any more. Doesnt allow you to bring in your own alcohol, so you have to buy theirs. Go to the River hostel in valencia if you want to party and make friends, plus their rooms are bigger. Abby, Up, Quart,... More

Excellent position, you reach the central Plaza de la Reina in 5 minutes and almost every interesting site in less than 30 minutes by walking. Red Nest is situated in the heart of Valencia on Calle La Paz.
