When I came, I was placed in a different room than planed. I got a room on 1. floor with two walls facing the breakfast buffet and a downpipe in the middle of the room. After some hours I asked for a different room, and I got one on 3. Floor - much better. Breakfast was nothing special - toast...

My husband booked the hotel for my 40th Birthday and our two night stay. He specified it was my Birthday and requested a room with balcony on the special request. We didn’t get a room with a balcony and received no response to our request. My husband followed this up with a call and also requested a bottle of champagne,...

Very close to top attractions , shopping street of Carrer Colon and also good restaurants. The hotel staff was helpful. If you would like to stay the hotel, require the room at the street side in order to get the day-light. Because our room was facing to the dark hole.

This is a very nice hotel, it is very near everything and a great base for Valencia. I stayed here with my wife and daughter. We had a large room with three beds on the 4th floor. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lift is small and will only carry 4 people at a time. They serve breakfast...

I booked this hotel for a short city break in September whilst I was visiting family in the area. The staff were pleasant and helpful and very informative when asked for directions. The best thing about the hotel is the location as it is ideal to reach many of the attractions on foot .The breakfast was good value for money...

I chose the place due to its location, in the old town of Valencia. It was beyond expectations: room was big and always clean with towels changed every day, stuff was helpful and breakfast was fresh every morning with very good coffee also. The value for the conditions is the best!

Great location to the local market, Old Town and all amenities. 6km from beach. Clean and comfortable - although we had one extra long pillow on our bed, two separate ones would have been preferable. Very friendly staff and super helpful, too! Good buffet breakfast but a tad too expensive for what it was.

Air con was only able to provide luke warm air. Staff tried to address but to no avail. Small rooms tho adequate for a night. Redeeming feature was locatiom. Handy to old city & markets. Would recommend for short stay. Check room as they were unable, or unwilling to provide another. They have apologised!

The hotel is really closed to the center of Valencia, rooms are clean, bathrooms are large, there's wifi and staff is very very kind. I just didn't try breakfast or food so I can't say. I advice this hotel if you are searching for a simple and comfortable place to stay.

A great hotel that was very comfortable. We stayed here four nights and it was a great location. The train station is within walking distance and so is the main part of the city with sites such as the cathedral, markets, bull ring etc. The shower was good, bath towels nice and big and fluffy (changed daily). Great air conditioning!...
