We really loved our recent stay at 4*Ilunion, Valencia. Easily accessible from airport via Metro with a stop only 2 mins from the hotel. Staff were very welcoming & helpful. Beds were very comfortable, cleanliness high standard with good bathroom facilities. Our only negative was the lack of shelves/drawers for clothes which would really enhance the room. Breakfast was superb with fantastic choice & a high standard of food.

Nice hotel right at the opposite of Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. The hotel is situated on top of a mall (Aqua). Nice spacious room, well equipped bath room. Everything clean. Small fridge in the room. No coffee maker though! Breakfast is very good. You can order off the menu if you want. (f.i. fried egg, omelet etc.) Nice and friendly staff. The hotel restaurant is situated on the 9th. floor, bur for my liking very, very expensive! There is no swimming pool at this hotel and busstops are located a few hundred meters away. No subway station in the area. Plenty of taxis available right in front of the hotel and at El Corte Ingles warehouse. (a 100 meter walk)

The hotel is very nice, the room clean and the staff lovely. Next to the hotel, there are several places to park and the distance to city center is not far at all. We really enjoyed our stay. Recommended!

Fine hotel for City break. Close to centre only €8 in a Taxi. The staff are great, a minor mix up on booking was sorted out by 'Juan Carlos' very quickly, excellent service. The hotel has a very comfortable Bar/Restaurant where we had delicious evening food and a fantastic breakfast from the Hot & Cold buffet, something for everyone. The evening staff were attentive and helpful. Need to name check Caser and Lili in particular as they were both friendly and offered superb service. Highly recommend this hotel

Allocated a disabled room, paid 407€ for 2 nights and Travel Lodge is actually better, staff unhelpful asked for an iron continually on my first day to be told it was on its way and never arrived, asked again on the 2nd day for nearly 3 hours and told there wasn´t one available.

I really liked this hotel. Not quite in the city but literally a 4minute walk to the metro and you can be in the centre within 10mins. Getting there by Metro from Airport is super easy too. Get Line 4 to Angel then change to Line 2 for Metro to Benferri. Our room was on the 11th floor great view overlooking the city and even got a seaview (thats a joke but you can still see the sea in the far off distance) Lovely and clean, no complaints. Great shower. Bed comfortable. Hotel lobby and dining areas are really lovely. There was a breakfast terrace, but it was too cold to enjoy it out there. There is also a small pool, can imagine that's lovely to dip in when the weather heats up. Breakfast was good, usual selection + freshly squeezed juices were a bonus. Immediate surrounding area of the hotel is just OK, nothing much going on, but it has a supermarket right around the corner which had everything you would need. A short row of Cafes' n restaurants are along the row also. Further up about 15minute walk its abit more busy with a little shopping area with an El Cortes, then further along there is a good size shopping mall with loads of shops selling everything. We took a stroll back from the centre one day and this took us about 45mins passing the shopping areas mentioned above. We done the Bus Tour and it stops 5minute walk from the hotel tooI Wanted to go the Beach so easy 5minute walk ( in the opposite direction slightly uphill) to Tram/Metro Line Gabir (line 4) then 35 minutes straight to the beach - and its beautiful. So even though the hotel was not smack in the centre it really was well located for everything. My only gripe for the hotel was out of all the channels available there was only one 1 English speaking channel, I know we all say we in the hotel to sleep but its nice to have something in the background like a film after evening out All in all I had a great stay here and when I return to Valencia this is the Hotel I will go for. We stayed 7 nights at this hotel over the new year. They have no internet whatsoever on the 9th floor. I asked them to do something they said “we are fully booked”. I said but it doesn't work after might night also. 2 days later I asked can you please change our room internet may work in a different room. The receptionist answered, she has to talk to her colleague. I said okay one minute later she asked “what are you waiting for “? I said waiting for your answer. she said “I TOLD YOU I WILL ASK MY COLLEAGUE”. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. They know the internet doesn't work in their hotel but they pretend it works but only not working for you.

The hook of the bed in the room is broken and the bed is super tall now. My husband went to the front desk for help and after 1 hour no one has come to even check. It’s midnight and we are exhausted with jet lag. The phone in the room does not work either. I went down and was told they can do nothing with the bed until tomorrow morning and they cannot change the room either. They expect us to sleep on the super tall nonfunctional bed with a broken hook for the spring and a lot noises. I really wanted to change to another hotel but it’s already midnight and my 4 year old is too tired and fell asleep.
