We went for our anniversary to Valance and we stayed in Vincci Lys, The hotel is perfect, the staff are very nice and friendly, the room was very nice spacious very clean and has street view. The location is perfect right in the centre where all the shops, cafés and restaurants and the important thing is the car park is just under the hotel and you can park your car in the hotel's bays and you can access the hotel from the parking. The best part of the hotel is the open buffet breakfast with lots of variety of food and drinks and the staff there are very nice. Why I gave 4 not 5 rates because the mattress wasn't comfortable!! I hope they could do something about it. A big thanks for the staff, we really enjoyed staying with them and absolutely we will stay again for next visit.

Overall hotel in fab condition and location perfect 👍 we stay as 4 couples and had breakfast on arrival, not very happy with breakfast? Plenty of choice but the hot food was very cold ! Sausage meat terrible, rashers non existent.and scrambled eggs cold , toaster not suitable for hotel guests to slow and the tea and coffee machines useless waited 10 mins to get a very small cup of tea and that 2 was cold. The dining room needs to up there game with a more modern set up to suit all the guests.rooms perfect 👍 staff brilliant 🤩 but please sort out your breakfast please.

We stayed in the Superior Twin Room from August 2nd to the 5th (4 nights), checked out on the 6th. It’s our family trip, my mother-in-law, my 4-year-old son and myself. Before our flight to Valencia, I made sure to get the confirmation that we would have an extra bed for me in the room, it’s an extra 44€ per night which was reasonable. Location: The hotel is located in the center of the town, easy to walk to famous landmarks, sight attractions, and grocery stores. There’re restaurants, coffee shops, Zara and other small boutiques nearby as well. It took us less than 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel. Staff: We’ve talked to at least 4 receptionists there (including one manager) and Ana by far was the most helpful and friendly staff among them all. She was polite and willing to help when needed. One of the staff told us that the Red Tourist Bus only operates on the weekend which was incorrect information. There’s still space for improvement on the updated tourist information. Breakfast: It offers great availability from savory to sweet food. User-friendly coffee machines. “According to the manager,” you’re only allowed to have breakfast maximum of one hour. You have to inform the front desk of your desired hour to have breakfast (7:00-8:00/ 8:00-9:00/ 9:00-10:00/ 10:00-11:00.) The manager told me if the guests enter the breakfast area at 9:30 or 9:40, they’ll still have to LEAVE at 10:00. If they enter at 8:35 for example, they’ll have to leave at 9:00. We had our breakfast for 4 days there, most hotel guests walked in at various times (not on the dot.) Many guests walked in at 9:30, 9:45, 10:40… I thought it could be more flexible, moreover, it’s challenging if you are bringing the young kids and you have to make sure they finish on the dot. Room: Superior Twin Room is spacious, even for the 3 of us. It has a nice terrace as well a big armchair in the room. *Notes: The taxi fare from the airport to the hotel should cost between 15€-20€. I called the hotel when we landed at the airport asking them what the cost would be like for a taxi ride (we were trying to avoid the “traveler scams.”) The person on the phone told me it would cost about 25€. I made a huge mistake by telling the taxi driver that the hotel staff said it’s about 25€ of fare. He charged us 25€, even though the meter says 17€+, he BS us about some extra cost (which was not true, we later checked with other taxi drivers.) Lesson learned, the hard way. We paid 15.20€ from the hotel back to the airport, also comes with a child-seat, which was fair.

We picked this hotel because a couple of friends recommended its location. It is in a fantastic position, a couple of minutes from the Train Station, next door to parking, so how ever you travel it is easy to get to. With Covid restrictions in place the welcome was great, the staff were very efficient and talked us through the local area, what their recommendations were for places to walk and visit. The rooms were good we had a Junior Suite and it was worth the slight price increase with a bedroom / living room the space allowed us to really relax. Quality of everything was good and room service was very efficient. I would certainly recommend it as a place to stop at if visiting Valencia.

I stayed this hotel for three nights and I had quite a pleasurable stay! The staff was nice, the rooms comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing, with a great variety and quality of food. The hotel is extremely well located, near the historical part of the city. There is a car park right next to the hotel, which improves the overall stay. The only recommendation I would do is to limit the number of people in each breakfast slot, so that people don’t have to wait so much for their turn. Overall, I recommend the hotel and the city, and hope to visit it again!
