We stayed here with my parents as a treat whilst staying over in the area for a couple of weeks. Only booked 1 night and really wished I'd booked more. I made a mistake on the date of the booking and Maria the receptionist was so helpful and sorted us out the same room we have booked (suites) . First... More

I had picked this hotel carefully as we were visiting friends for 2 days and wanted somewhere comfortable and conveniently located. It was very close to our friends, but offered nothing in the way of comfort. The good parts: The breakfast was good, with hot and cold offered and very fresh. We ate in the 'cafeteria' our first evening. I... More

Stayed for 7 nights end of sept 2016. Hotel & rooms modern. We were very disappointed by the lack of manners & bad attitude of most the staff including receptionists & restaurant staff. B&B was enough & did not dine in any of the 2 apparently popular restaurants. It was ALL local Spanish people were eating regularly in these restaurants.... More

The hotel was situated a ten minute walk from main calpe beach and promenade in a residential area. This suited us down to the ground as a couple without children, as it was blisfully quiet and relaxing. The room was nice ( a little bit compact) but had everything you needed. A nice large terrace to sit out on with... More

We stayed here for two days and really liked the athmosphere, the quality of the food and wine in both restaurants. Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast and Nice spa facilities. We will come back for sure!

Only went for a two night stay. Staff very efficient and friendly; restaurant food top class; twenty minute walk to the beach. A great chill factor feeling, helped by the spa facility. Will be going back.

We've just come back from six nights at the Cook Book hotel. It is a beautiful hotel set in the residential part of Calpe with two restaurants to choose from. It is around a ten minute walk to the beach with its bars and restaurants. The hotel its self is lovely and quiet. There are only 17 rooms and three... More

This hotel has now changed its name to COOK BOOK.. - it is lovely but lacks atmosphere... What has happened to Hans, the bar man and the staff who were there, they were excellent and drew in the custom.. last year we were there every evening, this year we went once!! The food in the restaurant is lovely but not... More

Came here with my cousin and two friends for dinner. We were so impressed, food was fabulous, service impeccable. We had a number of different dishes and each one was super. We would recommend dinner here without hesitation. My only negative comment was that the lighting was too bright

WOW!! After the "rebranding" to "AR-hotels" now with a new name! Opened since 1 month and we must say, one of the best hotels we have visited in years! After a more than warm welcome, we were surprised by the well decorated large rooms, a more than good bed, also the bathroom was well equipped! Breakfast as well as dinner... More
