We have just returned home after staying for a week at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The rooms are a very good size and serviced every day.Beautifully clean hotel with very friendly staff. The pool area is great and also well kept. We Always found something to eat even on a night when it wasn't really our taste. The snack bar was also ok if you fancied a toastie, hotdog or burger between meals. The location is good if you do not want to be in the middle of party central but also handy for bars and shops,so it suited us just fine. If I had to think of one complaint it would be the pool closing at 6pm but even this wasn't really an issue. All in all I would not hesitate to return to the Mediterraneo for another lovely week in the sun.
Apart from Covid this would have been our 8th year of staying in this Hotel. We cannot fault it at all. Staff amazing, especially Terry the Bar Lady and Jose? entertainments manager, so funny. They all welcomed us back this year with open arms, we were all very sad to leave, off the Plane yesterday and already booked for next year :) Very Clean, Food, always something for everyone and very fresh.
5 couples stayed for a week, Fantastic hotel immaculately clean throughout, room cleaned daily with fresh towels, very friendly pleasant staff, bar staff always good for a laugh especially little Terri, very good choice of food throughout the week, easy walking distance to plenty of bars etc away from the hussle & bustle of main Benny with plenty of choice for entertainment, All of our 5 couples agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel again.
This hotel is listed as a 4plus. I think this is only the case because of the location It is directly across the road from the Benidorm Palace which i would highly recommend, the shows are out of this World and just down the road is the Aqau Park and the conservation reserve where you can go see all the beautiful animals and swim with the dolphins and sea lions. The hotel is spotless and the staff are lovely can't really do enough for you. The bathroom is big with plenty of room and a 4 piece suite. The beds in the rooms are like travel guest beds very hard, flimsy and uncomfortable. The food isn't very good but having said that the hotel has to cater for all nationalities not just us British. The holiday all in all was absolutely amazing made lots of memories that will last a lifetime ✨…
This is the new time we have visited this hotel, it is close enough to the main strip and all shopping amenities, in a walkable distance to the I'd town if you fancy it. Staff always so polite and friendly, we arrived very very late and staff had arranged a packed lunch which was kindly appreciated. The entertainment was always a little late for my liking, but the kids enjoyed the disco every night. The hotel realised we had been before and gave us a bottle of champs as a thanks for returning. Will definitely consider returning again.

I have stayed at this hotel previously 2 yrs ago and enjoyed it so much I came back with my partner and her daughter and my daughter. Spotlessly clean, fabulous food, evening entertainment was not alway to our liking but can’t have everything
went here october 2018 unable to find prev review this is a clean hotel with indoor pool etc but i was not impressed with the sevice. we went on a trip to altea and when we came back went to bar to order a snack my husband returned with drinks and crisps and started laughing as the bar man told him they did not serve snacks and we would have to go down the road to the camp site if we wanted a snack ...what a joke we paid for the internet when asked if was for all our room was told yes to only find out it was per item i.e one mobile phone i was not really impressed with the food, had to have practicly the same thing every evening meal and to top it off when we left our pick up was not outside the hotel but down the road outside the camp site, luckily it was not raining or we would have been nice and wet for our long journey back home to blighty! not for me sorry…
Our very first trip to Benidorm. Arrived 10th March 2020 for one week. The hotel was spotlessly clean, not many guests, perhaps 60 or so. The food started as excellent then as the week progressed and the number of guests declined the food became very bland. however that was forgivable under the unusual circumstances. We arrived on the 10th which was a Tuesday. EVERYTHING in the town closed down on the Thursday night. We did not know this. We only realised on the Friday, when returning to our hotel after a short walk after breakfast. We were told that we were to be confined to our rooms, only to come out for meals. The staff who stayed on till we all left were courteous and efficient. Our experience of the police on the Friday short walk however was the opposite. They treated everyone badly. We are an elderly couple not drunken yobs and yet all of us were being treated like scum. Even though most of us hadn't a clue what was going on. …
