We just spent 10 nights on a Jet2 holiday. We were worried about noise from the basement disco and building work on the street side, so we were pleased with a seaward side room on the 8th floor. Unfortunately we hadn't researched the roadworks on the main road on the seaward side that ran from dawn to dusk, so our enjoyment of the sea facing balcony was rather truncated! The hotel is mostly well run with very friendly staff, but the housekeeping could be a little variable. The buffet restaurant was very good, great choice of different foods every evening, but we did note that the menu started to repeat after 7 days. On some days we swopped dinner for lunch, so as to experience some local restaurants.

We stayed for my husbands 50th birthday and have to say we loved this hotel, check in was swift and given a room on the 7th floor, with a limited sea view. Special mention and hugs to Barbara and Antonio, from restaurant who made me practice my spanish! Food was fine, and there's microwave if you prefer your food piping hot. Put money on your key card and you get your drinks cheaper (that's why you'll see 2 prices on menu) we used a couple of beers from the mini bar, and when we came to check out, we only owed 40 cents as there was a few euro on our key card. Location is brilliant! We love the old town, and spent most nights there. But did manage to see Pablo Bloom, who was great! Getting dropped off and picked up, is up the street from hotel, no problem for us, but maybe a struggle for anyone with mobility issues, returning was fine as jet2 picked up our bags and everything for us, and provided a great service. Rooms lovely and fresh, with good shower and beds, soft close cupboards etc, only negative is the walls are thin so there is a bit of noise and I heard a few people complain about the noise from the night club underneath hotel, but this didn't bother us. The rooms do not have a kettle, so if you love your tea like me, bring one with you. The hotel knew that it was husbands 50th and very kindly delivered a bottle of cava on ice to the room! Just returned from a 7 night stay. Hotel is in a great location close to bars, supermarkets and a few minutes walk to the beach. There is also a bus stop close by with frequent buses to different locations. We had a superior room on the 5th floor with balcony overlooking the pool. Bathroom had a rainfall shower and Jacuzzi bath . Bed had a hard memory foam mattress which took a while to get used to. Television was on the wall with an uncomfortable sofa bed to sit on and couldn't be seen in bed. WIFI was fast, but had to reconnect on your return if you went out. We did hear the noise from the nightclub on Sat night, but it wasn't enough to disturb sleep. I believe this is dependent on your room location as some rooms are closer to the club than others. Breakfast was very good buffet style with lots of options hot and cold choices, fruit, yoghurt, cooked English breakfast, toast even chips! Evening meal options were good, but sometimes repeated. Food was not always as hot as it should be and sometimes undercooked depending upon the chef on duty. Restaurant staff excellent, polite and knowledgeable. Cleaning staff very good . Rooms cleaned daily and to an excellent standard. Reception staff very good and pool bar staff too. Pool wasn't used as too cold, but sunbeds used and artificial grass by pool was a good idea. All in all a great hotel in a good location.

First impressions great very clean and modern. Reception first class Our room on the 5th floor had a lovely balcony with sea view. Good size walk in shower and very comfortable beds. As the hotel has only about 100 rooms it was always easy to find a table in the restaurant. Tables were cleaned very quickly and the variety of food was good. There was always a choice of meats and fish along with other dishes. We stayed at the hotel for nearly 3 weeks and during this period the food was good. Only negative was the bacon at breakfast which was always over cooked. The outside pool area is spacious with additional sunbathing area on the 1st floor. There was never a problem on getting a sun bed. We found all the staff were exceptionally friendly and could not fault the service we got.

I’ve been to Benidorm lots of times and stayed in numerous hotels and apartments and have to say that Hotel Benidorm Centre is one of the best. The hotel is spotless clean with contemporary design and a touch of class. The rooms have huge beds, great bathrooms with jacuzzi style baths and walk in shower. As with all buffet style dining rooms the food can feel a little “samey” but we always found something tasty to eat. The only reason I didn’t give the hotel a 5 rating was due to the noise that permeates through the rooms. You can hear every footstep, door and elevator movement, and on a low floor lots of street noise and music. But hey, it’s Benidorm, nobody comes for silence.

Fantastic hotel, brilliant location, all staff were friendly and welcoming, would defo upgrade to sea view, lovely views and you get the sun all day. Rooms were bright and airy and spotless, they were cleaned every day and you get fresh towels every day as well,
Went here for New Year and the hotel put on a meal with entertainment and a free bar till 4am, we weren’t expecting this so was a great surprise.
You get 15% off drinks at the bar that’s joined onto the hotel if you load money onto your room key card, we only found this out a few days before coming home, that’s probably a small negative is that your not told anything at check in, we thought there would be info in the room but there wasn’t, you need to get the wifi at check in also.
The other small minus for me was the breakfast wasn’t great, there was loads of variety so I’m sure you’d always found something to eat, but I found the cooked breakfast wasn’t great, we ate out most days as it’s so cheap.
Didnt use the pool as it was too cold but didn’t expect anything else in December, would defo stay again and recommend the hotel.

This was a Jet 2 holiday package. The holiday was good value. Previous ratings sited average food and noise issues. The hotel and tour operators have ignored customer feedback. The food offering gave reasonable variety but overall the food tasted BLAND. The night club situated in the basement on Calle Gerona was noisy due to doors left open. On Friday 24/Sat 25 the club finished at 06.00. We requested a quiet room (5th floor directly above night club) and we could hear the noise faintly...for us not a big problem, but those below had my sympathy. The staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel had a good refurb 2019. I place the all the blame on the hotel management and Jet 2 for not addressing customer concerns

In most ways it's very decent. Nice staff, pristine in cleanliness and excellent location. However, the recent refurbishment we felt went a little too far on the 'sleek, modern design'. It left the public areas reminiscent of a hospital entrance. No comfy seating for a little people watching etc. Bar area noisy, no atmosphere and all very stark and minimal. As my husband said, it feels as if we had arrived just after the decorators left and before the interior designers moved in with all the finishing touches. The dining room (sorry I really cannot call it a restaurant) reminded me of a works canteen, the noise level greeted us as we got out the lift. It also seemed slightly short staffed, at times leaving guests clearing their own tables. Hotel has potential but doubt if it has enough at present to make us return. Ditch the nightclub and public bar, not inviting for return bookings Cafe over the road however is lovely and cosy for evening drinks. Sorry, wish I could be more positive.

My Wife and myself were there for 4 nights from the 21st of January. Saw many reviews about noise from the Discotheque below Every evening was quiet no problems at all. We were given a superior room on the 5th floor room 511. Large room with a balcony looking right down the Calle de Gerona where a lot of the entertainment is. It had a huge bathroom I would say 5 star standard with Jacuzzi Bath and separate Strong Rainfall Shower always lovely and hot I don't think we have had a better bathroom. We had a seperate sitting area with large LED TV with all the English channels as well as Spanish. Bed was very comfortable very large double with memory foam mattress. There was also a minibar with water soft drinks and a couple of beers and safe in the room Room and the rest of the Hotel was spotlessly clean.All the staff were pleasant and friendly. Hotel also has a nice bar area. you can add euros to your room card and pay for drinks in the restaurant or bar and get 15% off drinks are reasonably priced too. Entertainment also every night. But also plenty of bars and pubs open too. Only fault I had was the food on a evening not too much choice it was hot but basic British fair. we ate there the first 3 nights first 2 nights were ok but was a bit disappointed with the third nights food so ate out on our last evening. The breakfast was good preferred the spanish sausages to the English ones though.We enjoyed it so much at this time of year we are going to book for next year with Jet2 again but for 12 nights 4 was too short.Its a shame there is no Bed and Breakfast option as that is what we would rather choose but Hotel was that good I would still think it would be worth it to book Half board .weather was perfect for me warm enough during the day for shorts and T shirt on a evening jeans and long sleeved shirt,I took a coat out but didn't wear it once.

Hotel in a very good location. 5 minutes away from beach 5 minutes from old town. Before arriving at this hitel I emailed requesting a room on a high floor as I had heard the lower levels could be noisy. The hotel did not reply to 2 emails and did not accommodate this request. On arrival we requested this and just got 'no chance'. The hotel itself was modern and clean. The rooms were very nice apart from lack of facilities. Never stayed in a 4 star rated hotel before that hasn't had a kettle/drink facilities. Room was noisy due to the pub underneath and therefore could not have door open in an evening when sleeping. Bathroom was well presented however the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor which made it very slippery. Also mould was present along the bottom of the shower door. Food in the restaurant for breakfast was lovely. Shame that the evening meal wasn't good. Not many options to choose from. Also charge made for water in restaurant. Ate out 4 out of 7 nights. Also breakfast was served from 8am which meant due to having an early morning start at 7.40am we was unable to eat breakfast before leaving. Previous 4 star hotels have put a few items of cold foot on before leaving. We also found out on the last day we could have hired a a kettle from reception for our duration with a refundable deposit!!! This could be advised on check in otherwise how would people know. In my own personal opinion upgrade to kettles permanently in rooms. Offer more choices of food and do not charge for water. Not massive issues but been in 4 star hotels with all these included. More of a 3 star not 4 but overall had an enjoyable holiday 😀
