We visited in Dec 2019 for a week over the Feast of the Immaculate Conception weekend and the hotel was totally maxed out - yeah it was busy and the atmosphere was fantastic. There was a queue for checking in but the reception staff were working flat out and we actually got through pretty quick. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the Concierge was superb controlling the crowds that were in the lobby trying to check in. Yes its a 3 star Hotel but I enjoyed watching him working a tricky situation and keeping everyone happy, when we return I will be surprised if he is still the as he was 5*. We used our Magic Amigos App for one request and it was met and I'm certain having it was a big benefit for us and also allowed us to get an upgrade to Gold All-Inclusive which usually only operates in peak summer season - we thank the nice family from Albacete for showing us the benefits of this on our first night. Our room was standard 3 star (which is what we paid for) and was great and everything worked, the room maid we had for our first 5 days was superb (her cover not so good but this was reported to the desk on our checkout). As we are early risers and early for breakfast we loved returning to our room as the children gathered at the school opposite, full of life and happiness but understand that if you want a lie in that a park view may be better suited. For us Ruzafa view was great. Out the front door and down the street you are in the old town, a few more yards and you're at the beach, a 20 min walk along the prom and your in the middle of the british sector - location of the Cristal Park is perfect! Bear in mind we visited in December and while we sunbathed on the roof sipping our Espresso with Soberano we got a pretty good tan while most of the Spanish were all wrapped up. While some folk go abroad and want typical british food thats not us, There is plenty for those that want the usual stuff but we used both restaurants and were very happy. It was a very very busy week and with so many Spanish folk there then the Spanish restaurant was very busy, the british one less so. The food was much the same so we walked on down to the quieter british one and it suited us well. We had a drink each night after dinner before hitting the close by bars in Tapas alley and Gin Bars down on Alameda. Good hotel, good staff - we will be back, Servi just lost a lot of family business to Magic.…
Stayed here many times. Fantastic value for money, Staff lovely, Great at night due to having a seperate club for entertainment if you dont feel like walking around.. Plenty of seating areas around the hotel Excellant location near the beach and shops. . . . .
The Magic Cristal Park is perfectly situated in the old town opposite the park , it’s within a short walk to the beaches and all amenities. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean as are all the public spaces . Both restaurants offer an extensive range of excellent food . There’s 2 entertainment venues with good family shows . However the best thing of all are the great staff who are always so warm and friendly .
Great hotel.lovely staff so relaxing had a fantastic time at this hotel. For an all inclusive hotel the quality of service was amazing and they treat adults like adults allowing you to drink and eat what you want.
The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff is always available and they are all very nice. The hotel is really close to the beach. Both of the restaurants had a great variety of food. The entertainment for adults and children was also great.
