It isn't 20 mins at all. If you look at the supermarket and walk to the right you will come to a slope and steps by the fountain. Walk up here and veer to the left and there is a gate to the swimming pool. It takes around 10 mins. If you walk to the entrance of the hotel it takes longer and is steeper. We didn't find it a struggle at all. And personally it's honestly worth it
