Stayed in this hotel in October, in Tower 2, floor 18 of 43. Rooms are good, with excellent view over the whole of Benidorm bay, and everything you need (except a wine bottle opener!). I particularly like the nightlight option in the toilet area.

We didn’t take our kids when we visited this hotel . We went end of June just for 4 days. But can honestly say it’s not a hotel that will entertain the kids enough. Very adult . And very Spanish . The beach is lovely though if your more of beachy family. There is a games room . But nothing for kids day or night and when we was there you can only have inflatables in the little pool. And it’s a very Spanish hotel. You can walk to town it’s a pleasant walk in the evening but very hot in the day .

It is and it isn't t in a way. It is in a raised position but because it is on a flat level and there are lots of shops and cafes and restaurants around the hotel there is no climbing as such. The only up and down walking you do is when you go to the beach or to the bus stop for trips in the town. Going to the beach is easy, turn the corner and have a pleasant walk down the slope to the beach. Coming back can be tricky because it s all up hill to the main road where the hotel is but there are benches where you can stop catch your breath. Once you've got to the flat surface around the hotel it's an easy and pleasant walk.
