My daughter and I stayed here for two night. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of everything. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Although it's right in the center of bars/restaurants, there was not a lot of noise at night... I stayed here on my walk of the Camino de Santiago. The room was great, the bed comfortable, the bathroom modern and clean. A relaxing stay. No laundry service, but an automated laundry facility was right around the corner on the square. 6 euros for wash, 4 euros for dry. Bring coins. The merchants in the vicinity are not friendly... Stayed here for one night whilst travelling in the area. Largely to try out the highly recommended restaurant. Sadly we were advised that on the night of our stay, which was a pubic holiday, the restaurant was not open for dinner. However, they could accommodate us for lunch on the day of our check out if we wanted. We duly... More

We loved the 2 nights we spent here during our Camino walk. Lovely hotel with friendly staff, very clean. It was near the centre but tucked away so very quiet. We were in Pamplona during a festival and we met people in hotels who were kept awake all night, we had no such problem. We didn't have any view from... More

While the rooms are not as large and comfortable as others of the same ranking, they are comfortable and the location is perfect for visiting the city; the staff is excellent and it has a one-Michelin star restaurant that is a plus. Our room had a balcony over the famous Estafeta street where the running of the bulls takes place.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Pamplona, and right next door to Bar Gusto which is fab for drinkies and tapas! On the street where the bulls run too. We stayed at Hotel Europa for two nights as part of a Camino de Santiago package deal. Some hotels along the way were 'interesting', so Hotel Europa was a super... More

Fabulous location with lovely rooms. Our rooms had a balcony and right slap bang in the middle of everything ! Was here for running of the bulls and while it was noisy, I liked that, I liked it was a festival hotel and within a 3 minute walk to all the main attractions in the city. Would stay here again,...
