A good hotel, not in city center. However, it is on the blue line and no changes to get to Sol, Grand Via, and to Atocha train station--a couple of changes if going to/from the airport. Prices were okay (higher do to being there Easter weekend). Rooms are typical European (smaller than Americans are accustomed), but comfortable. Bathroom is larger...

Rooms are small but perfectly clean and well maintained. Hotel is perfect if you are taking in a Real Madrid game as it's a ten minute walk. Plenty of bars , restaurants nearby and subway just outside if you want to venture into the city centre. Breakfast is included but nothing cooked , just plenty of toast , pate ,...

I spent two nights during the Spanish Summer and I was very thankful of the air conditioned rooms. The subway station is just at the door (line 1). There are shops and cafes nearby. The room and "double bed" were really small but the bathroom was clean and functional. The breakfast was included but it wasn't really worth it...too much...

The twin room had firm beds that were very comfortable. The en-suite facilities were great and there was free wifi and a safe. The breakfast included fresh fruit but no meat or cheese. The road noise was loud as we were on the first floor at the front of the hotel. From terminal 4 take the C1 train to Chamartin...

The staff was friendly and helpful. The intenet works fast. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Friendly and welcoming and helpful and accommodating! They helped with printing, they loaned us an electrical adaptor, and the breakfast was good.

The location is good, close to the Estrecho subway station. Alot of shops in the street, haircut, and also a nice big mosque 5 blocks up north called Mezqitue Abu Bakr. The rooms are small, no wastebin in our room 211. And also the shower was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast lacks hot food, like eggs,...

The hotel is nice, clean and has a very good position. It is in the center near the Bernabeu Stadium ( like 10 min walk), this was also our main target. Good breakfast, has a parking area which is very important if you travel by car. I will stay again there in the future.

This is a great hotel for being able to commute around Madrid, we had the bed and breakfast option which was very good. The hotel is clean and the bedrooms were very clean and so was the ensuite. For business I would recommend this hotel as its close to enough bars, restaurants and Madrid's excellent public transport system.

I first stayed in this hotel first in 2007, and again in July 2016. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it is located near the metro and bus stops. I would stay here again, it's a good value accommodation in the center of Madrid.
