As previous reviewer have stated, this property's location is great. The locations is great for restaurants and shopping, and within walking distance of many of the major attractions. It is a little hard to find the first time because it is on an pedestrian street. The parking spaces are tight but at least they are available. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a studio apartment that was adequate and the kitchen was very handy. I would stay here again if in the area.

Really great location in the heart of Madrid, just off Gran Via. Lovely, helpful staff. Room well laid out with useful little kitchen complete with a hob and decent sized fridge. Main drawback was the noise. Street noise to be expected given the location but internal soundproofing was so bad you could hear conversations from other rooms and any time someone was in the hallway which kept us up a couple of nights.

very spacious 2 bedroom appartment. great when you travel with teenagers. great location. a quiet alley in the centre. it is a great place when you want to be left alone, since there is no cleaning or changing towels. make sure you bring coffee- you get only 2 capsules on the first day. but unfortunately- there was a terrible smell of sewege coming from the bathroom and toilet. we complained about it to different people at the reception. they all gave us the same answer that someone will come to take a look. no one came and we understood that they didnt really mean it.

This is a great location hotel on Gan Via and true hidden gem. Nothing fancy at the entrance or the common areas but the rooms are fantastic, well equipped and very clean. My room came with a separate kitchen which got even a Nespresso machine, a dressing room, and a nice bathroom. I also had free WiFi. Staff is super nice and professional.

Me & my husband stayed here for 2 nights whilst we visited the city to watch Liverpool play Athleti. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant & helpful member of staff. The room we were allocated was very nice indeed. The decor, cleanliness & amenities were of a high standard & we were extremely happy. The bed was very comfortable & we had lots of space. The only little criticism is there are no mirrors apart from in the bathroom. Not ideal for getting ready if the bathroom is in use. The location of the aparthotel is fantastic. Right in the heart of the city on the Gran Via & Sol only 5 minutes walk away. There are so many good eateries & bars nearby & all reasonably priced. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle service for 30 euros one way or 50 euros return. We would definitely return here if revisiting the city in the future . …

Excellent apartment hotel, all the amenities you could need. Fully fitted kitchen, comfortable bed, nicely laid out living room. Very quiet, but in a very central location just off Gran Via. Paula, Maria, Isaac, Marco made our stay very special, very friendly and welcoming. All staff are to be congratulated on being very professional, housekeeping keep the hotel spotless. This hotel is in a very central location and within easy walk of many attractions in Madrid. I was given a nice room which was quiet. But, through some mistake (and I don't who to blame for this) they give me a room for invalids, so the bathroom was somewhat less comfortable than I would have liked. the disadvantage is that the hotel has no restaurant, no bar and no room service. But my principle complaint was that whenever I went to the reception, the receptionist was on the 'phone for ages. If I got there before the phone rang, the receptionist nevertheless gave the phone priority. Maddening! Also, although the hotel operates a 24 hour reception in theory, in practice, you have to ring and may have to wait (presumably until another phone conversation is over). If you are happy with these relatively minor inconveniences, the hotel is just fine.…

Firstly, as you can see when you book any of our rooms, the accesible room can only be booked if the client choose it. The only thing which changes on it is that this kind of room has a shower instead of bath. Secondly, we apologize about the time we spent on the phone but it is our duty to answer it as well as assist face to face guests and try to make their stay as confortable as we can. Last thing, the hotel does not have restaurant or bar by itself because all the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. We stayed for 2 nights with our children aged 6, 4 and 1 Guy on reception was super friendly and helpful. The place is very central. Easy to get to from the airport. We looked at trains/metro but just used an Uber in the end. It was about €25. Great facilities, nice kitchen, lounge and bedrooms with blackout shutters (good for the kids). They provided a cot for our little one and a nice little wash pack for the kids. A very nice stay and we will be staying there again no doubt on our next trip to Madrid.

My stay at this apartment was amazing. It is walking distance to Puerto de sol and gran via. The supermarket is just opposite the apartment. There are good restaurants nearby to have a good breakfast.the shopping street is just yards away. The location is just superb. Moreover the staff, the receptionist Paula was very sweet and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
