The hotel is very bad, the services are bad and they only want money, there is not even a kitchen in the hotel room, anything you want even water you have to pay for… The area is noisy because there is a highway next to the hotel,, the hotel is very far from the city center and you have to take a bus and a train The hotel area is bad because there are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby. I would not recommend this hotel to people who want to visit Madrid. I will not do this again

Dear guest, your comment is, at least, surprising. Why would our hotel have a kitchen in the rooms? What picture or description made you think we have them? Could you be talking about another hotel? Have you really checked our location before booking? Because we are not a city center hotel. This is a peaceful and smooth Madrid area and you need transportation to reach the city center. Please reconsider your complete comment. Regards.

I am right now trying to get some sleep, and it feels like you are in the middle of the highway, and I am on yeh 11st floor. It is literally impossible to rest. I went to the reception anf they simply told me that there was nothing they could do. Do not stay here!

We regret the incident with the window and we apologize but we assure you that all our windows have double glazing (otherwise it would be a big mistake being next to the highway). Another thing is that that window was out of adjustment (which can happen with the repeated use of hotel facilities) and, therefore, the noise could enter. It is surprising to read that front desk did not offer to change rooms immediately (as we do with any major issue) or send our technicians to solve the incident on the fly. Thank you very much and, again, we are very sorry.

My room was facing the highway and is very noisy. Room was too hot even with Aircon on. No kettle in the room so you can't make drinks. The gym is too small and the machines defective. The spa is good with sauna, steam and jacuzzi but only two people allowed and is fully booked most of the time

Dear guest, we are sorry your staying with us was not as expected. All our windows have double glazing so yours might be misadjusted (you could have called front desk and it would have been repaired right away by our technicians). Kettles are available for a fee or free of charge in superior rooms. Our fitness area is free of charge and, as specified in most important webs, of reduced size. Our relaxing area, also free of charge for our guests, has limited capacity temporarily and requires prior booking due to the exceptional Covid situation we are all living. Most of our clients appreciate our security meassures. Best regards and have a great day.

I stayed for almost a week here and had a wonderful experience. Every member of the staff were very pleasant to interact with, and either spoke English fluently or had a good sense of humor as I pieced together sentences with my abysmal grasp of Spanish. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet and restaurant were both great, and it's a quick drive to/from the airport. My only complaints were that their laundry service is expensive (although that isn't unique to this hotel by any means) and their location is a bit of a hike away from the closest metro station (but the surrounding area has a nice vibe which makes the walk pleasant). 5/5 for a business traveler oriented hotel, and still very good for personal travel.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and modern. Great breakfast. The staff here are so very helpful and knowledgeable, we took the advice of places to eat, and they were superb places. Can see myself staying here again. Thank you.
