What more can I say about this hotel. Fantastic room with a huge private balcony, super clean room, big shower and toilet area with a nice room design. Great staff, good room service with various options to order. Great balcony views of the city with so many hotel additions. Massive lounge area, great internet, great staff, good sports bar and located in a good location. Hotel is like a 15 minute walk to the largest and most beautiful park in Madrid. Pros: great staff, good location (with lots of shops-restaurants etc), good room service quality, good breakfast variety, good hotel gym, great hotel amenities, clean rooms, great rooftop pool area, great hotel design. Cons: not the cheapest hotel, sports bar is somewhat expensive, breakfast area is always packed and have to wait to be sited. But all in all very little cons. This hotel was fantastic, and would 100% star here again during my next visit to Madrid. This definitely a 4 and half star hotel. And was so glad it they had a gym too, even though it was on the small size. Il take a small gym over two cardio machines like other hotels any day.

An entrance off the main street makes this hotel very peaceful from the outset. Lovely garden area is very secure from busy traffic street and very quiet. Entering the main massive Lobby, you notice how nice and relaxing it appears. Check-in was easy and staff very efficient and friendly. The room is nice in size was spotless. More than enough room with en suite bath with all the little amenities, again spotless with huge shower. Breakfast room extremely large and stations spread out for easy access to everything. Nothing missing here, many juices, cereals, breads, rolls, sweet rolls, several hot dishes also. Everything very satisfying. I was there during the early days of the coronavirus crises. Within a few days, the numbers of infected people increased greatly. Our tour company cut our tour short and each of us needed to exit Madrid asap. I, myself, was the last in the group to get an airline ticket home due to a major problem on Friday. I was travelling alone with my group and am a 77 yr. old senior lady who begin to experience emotional meltdown. Not being able to sleep left my room at 5:30 a.m. to return to lobby to see if their computer would yield my return ticket without the problem I was experiencing just hours before. A "Night in Shining Armor", Carlos saw I was in distress and offered to help me with their computer to try and secure a new air ticket to exit Spain next day before the U.S. mandatory shutdown on Monday at midnight. This man went above and beyond his job to help me. Need I say that he was so kind and tried his best to get my problem resolved. This hotel is blessed to have a wonderful employee such as Carlos to be of assistance to a guest who needed help. In times of distress, how wonderful for humankind to help each other. Carlos is a "keeper" for this Novotel hotel and I will always remember this hotel and would return in the future absolutely.

Just visited this weekend gone 7th till 9th March there was myself and my 13yr old son and my friend and his son we were here in madrid for a football inspired weekend with our boys so after doing some research I decided on booking the novatel madrid centre and what a choice it was I'm am so so happy with this hotel, tucked away neatly off the main road you arrive and walk in and it's beautiful the reception was big ultra modern and inviting the reception staff were very helpful and efficient the bar area/restaurant was big open space nice comfy chairs with a huge tv to watch the bar staff were very nice cheerful lot who served up some cracking drinks and snacks. The restaurant in the morning for breakfast was big very warm with a grand selection of sweet to savoury breakfast treats the staff again nice happy people. The hotel is spotlessly clean every last part of it and smells wonderfull. As we were 2 adults and two children we opted for the family room and upgraded to the family suite an was not DISSAPPOINTED we had a huge room 2 double beds 2 large screen tv's robes slippers wonderfully bathroom 2 windows which let in lots of light the beds were comfy free bottled water in the fridge a Nespresso machine and once again ultra modern and so clean it was a great choice to pick the family suite and we got it for a very good price booking directly through the hotel!!. I really would like to thank all the staff at the novatel madrid for making our stay so welcoming they really do go the extra mile for you for instance (we were taking our boys on the real madrid stadium tour and the receptionists knew there was on going work at the stadium to which I had no idea about so they phoned the stadium to make sure the tour was on as not for us to make a wasted journey) just little touches make a big difference. I am planning to return to madrid with my older son around the same time next year and will definitely be booking the novotel madrid centre excellent hotel.
