Everything was very good, room quality and breakfast service excellent, it's to improve only the courtesy of the staff not everytime so friendly. Location is perfect, far only 3 minutes from the Alsacia metro station, where you can reach the city center in 20 minutes in the same red line.

We stay in two double rooms as a family with two children. The rooms are clean and large. The location is excellent: quiet place near metro station. Approx. 20 min to the center of Madrid. Good parking with rather narrow paths to and from. Reception and room service are great. It was very nice stay.

The hotel isn't in the centre of the town but this isn't a problem because the metro stop is in front of it. In around 10/15minuts city centre, solo, playa major can be reached. Rooms are very large and comfortable, the bed bigger than a single bed, and breakfast very rich. A good place to start visiting Madrid!!

We were in Madrid for 4 nights and opted to stay here. Very close to the subway where you can be in downtown Madrid in 10-15mins. Excelent room with plenty of space. Very clean and cosy. Very quiet place. I'll definetly recomend it.

We booked this hotel through Worldchoice Sports which was a package to see the Real madrid football. Yes it's a little far from the city but the metro station is less than 5 mins away and line 2 takes you directly into Sol which is the centre of the city. Our room was very big with 2 bay windows, lively...

I got this hotel through a British Airways holiday package which included flights and hotel. It's a bit far from the center, but Alsacia metro station is 5 minutes away - each metro journey costs 1.50€. There's nothing to do nearby, but there is a small supermarket type store that sells cheap food, drinks and necessities. The rooms are clean...

Stayed in this hotel about a year back but had an amazing stay. The hotel is a little outside the main city centre but very close to a metro station so did not really feel the pain of staying here. The breakfast was also very good. Thank you for the memorable stay!

This hotel is only 10 km from the airport, the taxi costs 20 EUR. The room was comfortable with 3 beds, daily cleaning and new towels. The staff is helpful, the breakfast - although every day the same - has wide assortment. The distance from the Alsacia metro station ( red line, number 2 ) is 300 steps. Next to...

The Silken Torre Garden is a very comfortable hotel, 2 minutes walk from Alsacia Metro station on the Red line. Travel. to Madrid centre takes about 20 minutes, the Metro is clean and punctual and very easy to navigate. The Silken Torre Garden is a very clean hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. Stayed in this hotel twice during our visit to Spain (upon arrival and before departure) for a total of 10 nights and were very pleased. On the first night we arrived late and the bar prepared tapas for us so we could have dinned even after they had closed the kitchen. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet...
