This is the place to stay if you are going to stay in the city of Madrid for several days with several people to accommodate. It is close to the Metro, shuttle to the airport, sleeps 4 with a full kitchen and great staff always on hand. Grocery stores and restaurants and 1 block away

I stayed here for 1 night at a 'special rate' (approximately $100 AUD) via wotif.com. The room I had was huge - a decent sized and separated kitchen, a living and dining area with a television, a large bathroom and a decent sized bedroom with another television. But the quality and cleanliness of the hotel was definitely not what I... More

My second stay at this hotel – chosen strictly for convenience – adjacent to business offices. Hotel is basic and fairly clean – appears designed for long / extended stays. Avoid rooms on the front of the building due to excess auto / traffic noise from the main street. Wi-Fi not very good – poor connection. Air conditioning not working... More

This hotel is dated, dirty and disgusting. Not a 4* by any means. This hotel would have been average in the 70s perhaps but the lack of/no refurbishment since it has been opened is clear. There is definitely better places to stay in Madrid for a similar price. I cannot fault the staff as everyone I met was friendly however... More

We arrived late here on a Friday, after various trips to reception to get a key to work we eventually had the misfortune of entering the room. The smell of cigarette smoke was the first thing to hit me but after turning on the light the large dark stains all over the carpet was the second thing. Despite confirming with... More

I am not really sure where to start. We booked this hotel online and nowhere does it say that it's a apart/hotel. We get there and after lots of messing about with wrong keys and cards not working we make our way to the room. All carpets are heavily stained and the rooms are totally disgusting. Cupboards hanging off the... More

I booked Eurobuilding 2 for the days leading up to my Vaughntown program. I got the feeling it was more geared for long term rentals so the customer service was a bit lacking-- you take your own bags up to the room, for example. Breakfast was included in my rate and that was typical for Spain: bread, meats, cheeses, cereal,... More

This hotel is part of an large office building in a nice location in Madrid. I imagine it is very convenient for businesspeople who have meetings in that very building, but there was NOTHING good about the hotel experience. The apartment-like rooms are large but disgustingly dirty and worn. The carpet was not only worn, but badly stained with who-knows-what.... More

I was in Madrid to take part in a volunteer program and this hotel was one of the ones recommended by the organisation. I found the rooms clean and comfortable with a reasonably well equipped kitchen (would have appreciated a jug or kettle so I could make a cup of tea) , a dining room, separate bedroom and bathroom. The... More

To sum up my review at the beginning, just simply do not choose this hotel. First of all, it advertises itself as a four star apartment hotel, but it is so far from that quality. The only positive thing about the hotel is its location because it is quite close to a metro station and to the centre. On the... More
