The room was full of mildew which does not look nice in a room with wall to wall carpet. The room smelled like cigarette and look nothing likes the pictures! The breakfast included is not proper breakfast, but a crappy bakery on block away - where they only served toast and

Came to Madrid to watch Malaga play in Majadahonda, picked a reasonably priced hotel on the west side of the city . Struck lucky here, near Nuevos Ministerios station which is a metro and Renfe hub, so travel was easy. Old school hotel a three room apartment, not

I have a bad review to write about this hotel… so bear with me. It’s a long one. It all started when I first arrived off of an international flight. The person greeting me at the front desk (I didn’t get his name, but he was somewhat larger build, with glasses). He was cold,

Thank you for your comments. Firstly, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you might have felt during your stay, at no time was our intention, as we always try to make our customers feel comfortable and pleased, offering them the best possible service every day. Secondly, we would like to inform you the check in and check out times in our hotel, which is revealed in our terms and conditions policy stated in the reservation: Check in time at 2:00pm and Check out time at 12:00pm. Our clients have the possibility, in case there’s availability, and if they ask with time in advance, the possibility of asking for a late checkout. In your case, you did NOT request the late check out, so your departure time was at 12:00pm. At 2:00pm it was provided that other customers would enter the room you were occupying since they had already booked it a long time ago. Therefore, the waitresses should have clean the room for them between 12:00pm and 2:00pm and they were unable because you didn’t packed your things and didn't left the room on time. Hence, you made the other clients wait, as you leaved the room at 3:30pm. We want to make clear that our floor maids are very polite with our customers, as well as our recepcionists, they are very responsible and they always try to do their best. Therefore, there is no reason that justifies your treatment towards our waitresses, not only shouting at them but throwing an orange at them. We also want to make clear, that you not only threw an orange towards the floor maids, but you squeezed the orange all over the carpet, glass of the table and windows of the room. Consequently with the damages that you have caused to the facilities of our establishment. We will take the appropriate measures we consider. We want to state very clear that we had never had an episode like this. We do NOT tolerate this type of behaviour in our establishment.

I'll be staying at this hotel in September. Are there any good places nearby to get a good breakfast ?
Straight out the door, cross the street, on corner of next street on the left there is a great little place with tapas, sandwiches etc lots of locals in there having Spanish omelettes and brunch

Esperamos poder haberle ayudado. Un Cordial Saludo
