Hotel's Favorite
Alright to be honest that hotel was probably the best city hotel I have ever been to. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Even tho my Spanish is not the best they continued to speak in Spanish with me what I totally appreciated. 😄 The Check in was a bit more friendly, emotional and kind than the check out with the Lady which was much more like "ok bye" she didn't even ask for some feedback. I was staying in a double room with the view to La Grand Via and still the room was super quiet. The design is super beautiful and it really felt cozy. Unfortunately they don't have king or queen size beds yet, so there were two singles which constantly pushed apart even though the brakes were firm. But still the best were comfortable. The bathroom... I could have spent hours there 😍 the design of the shower is amazing and totally fits the style of the hotel. Unfortunately every time I showered some water was on the ground of the other side of the room but totally manageable. What's a really need of improvement is that there was no brush toilet brush which was kind of confusing... But the best thing ever - for that you have to know that I am kind of a big girl 😅 This was the very first hotel where the towels where big enough that they actually covered all of my body 😍 I also found it great that my request for no cleaning was taken seriously. Unfortunately, I have often experienced that hotels do not comply with this request and clean the room anyway. I actually didn't mention the cleanliness until now because for me it is a must that a hotel room is clean and that's what it was. The breakfast buffet easily can compete with any hotel I know so far. Great breakfast food and even tho a lot of tipical Spanish choices. I did got a great deal on Secret Escapes and paid only 60 euros per night. They easily could ask for more. So since I am working in the hotel industry as well I am not that easy to impress but I have to say I would stay in this hotel anytime again.…

This lovely, comfortable hotel was our home for 3 days this past month. The staff was amazing, from the front desk folks, to the bartenders and wait staff in the lobby, coming back to the hotel after a long day of touring was always a pleasure. The room, although smallish, was clean and pleasant. Bathroom was a bit tight, but also very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and wait staff there was excellent, helpful and cheerful. A special mention to Sandra at the front desk. She checked us in and greeted us daily with a smile and a laugh. She was a pleasure. The young woman who tended bar in the evenings, whose name I can't recall was also a joy to see every day, making our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had an issue with our air conditioning when we first arrived and it was immediately rectified. The individual who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating - we checked in at 3:30 pm. Other interactions with the front desk wasn't quite as positive -- lady in the morning shift. I inquired about first aid kit - response was none and didn't offer assistance; inquired about where I can purchase Rituals amenities - didn't offer advice -- she wasn't friendly and very short/curt which discouraged me from asking her advice/opinions/recommendations. Wished everyone was like the lady who checked us in (she's in the evening shift too and would always welcome us with a smile :) Housekeeping was fantastic! Thank you for a great stay!

Location was great for getting around. A very busy area in the thick of everything . Staff were very helpful with bar recommendations and organising our cab to the airport. Very good breakfast set us up for the day. All in all, perfect for our stay, which was part-pleasure part house hunting.

This H10 hôtel pales in comparison to the one in Seville. The service is good, the staff all speak some level of English. The buffet breakfast is OK. The quality of the fruit is a bit uneven. It is a much older hotel than the one in Seville. it really shows in the fixtures and tubs in the bathroom. The light on one side of the bathroom flickers off and on and finally died. On our first day, the room was not serviced until late afternoon, towards 5pm. However, when we asked for amenities, the response was prompt.

An Excellent hotel in central Madrid. Walking distance to the Thyssem Museum and the Prado.Our room had a lovely outside patio overlooking the Gran Via. Many good tapas bars nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Marco at the front desk.

I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this boutique hotel. We were delightfully surprised. Cozy, crisply clean, luxuriously understated room, designed carefully with esthetics and functionality in mind; courteous, helpful, respectful,low-key staff; excellent location within walking distance of Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen museums, and an abundance of restaurants--all at an affordable price. We had the queen deluxe room with a nicely furnished terrace. Though we didn't use the terrace a lot, it was wonderful to be able to step outside and sip our espresso there. A glass of sparkling wine was available in the evenings in the lobby when we returned from sight-seeing. The breakfast was a delicious, comprehensive array of Spanish meats and cheeses along with fresh fruit, juices, yogurt, eggs, croissants, and much more. We appreciated little touches that our hotel in Barcelona was missing, including kleenex, a hook for clothes in the bathroom, a full length mirror and a roomy counter top on the sink, as well as the usual array of toiletries. Very nice hotel on Gran Via within walking distance of everything. Booked a deluxe room which was lovely. All of the staff were very helpfull especially Lorena at reception whose recommendations for restaurants and sights to see was brilliant. Breakfast restaurant lovely as was the food. Would definitely go back to this hotel .

Everything and everyone are wonderful. A stay at Villa Reina is your finest moment at home, but far better. From the moment you walked to the Front Desk all your needs are met. I've been there several times and love it. The staff is truly wonderful.
