Excellent choice hotel for rest after living the Madrid day and night life with cheap prices and friendly service. Good cleaning service. Own car park, Own breakfast and coffee shop, walking distance to theatres, music halls and amenities, cheap prices. If any special request the owner and staff will do the impossible to provide your request. Not a luxury option but fair and well below market price! I mean, if you are going to life Madrid life better forget a luxury expensive hotel and go for convenience for a fraction!. Beds are ok, rooms not small not big, bathroom enough and well equipped. ....To be recommended 101%. We been there a couple of times and we will repeat!

Well situated for amenities. Walking distances to the palace, museums, beautiful churches.indoor food market. The hotel was clean. We had the fourth floor.the room had plenty of wardrobe space.a TV limited channels.we listened to our tablets. Free WFI. Bring your own tea bags, kettle, cups and spoons.the hotel dinning room staff not friendly. The breakfast was soo poor it wasn't even a continental breakfast.we had croissant and jam.for breakfast in our room. There's a shop near that does bottles of pure orange juice.their was only one staff member spoke to us. Outside all we heard at night and the middle of night bins getting emptied, dogs barking.bottles crashing in bottle bank.it was a double bed not really two beds pushed together my bed creaked but still comfy. The walls are paper thin. You hear people in the bathroom. The floors are tiled upstairs guest walked around in high heels which was loud and this was before breakfast. The entrance to the hotel was not really inviting the desk area smelt urination. The alley around the hotel also smelt.. apartment from that I enjoyed my trip to Madrid but I won't stay here again.

The hotel is small and old school, but the beds are quite comfy and the shower isn't bad. The location is great too. Only problem was I was there for work, and breakfast didn't start until 8am...which was a bit late- but decent breakfast.

Clean, good price hotel. Quiet. Good size bedroom and bathroom with plenty storage, mini bar so fridge for your own stuff if required. Very near late night supermarket, palace and cathedral. 15 minute walk to Playa Major for metro. 15 minutes from San Miguel food market whcih is great for daytime or evening tapas and drinks with lots of differnt stalls with bite size portions of dishes and bars. Some tables and stools available to sit at. Good reasonably priced selection of continental breakfast options. Hotel about 20 minutes by taxi from airport (fixd fare 30 euros). Lift in hotel

In order to heat the room, the heated air-conditioning was needed. It was so dry that over several nights I ended up with a nasty respiratory infection. It's left me really ill. Normally this is the kind of thing you can catch from long-haul flight air-conditioning. First time a hotel has caused this.

This small hotel is located ideally in area La Latina in Madrid, only few hundred meters to old town and all the resultants there. Close to the Cathedral, King´s castle, basically close to all the interesting things you would visit in Madrid. And with walking distance. The hotel itself is modest, the beds are VERY BASIC, the breakfast room is a separate bar, but was functioning great. We did book our hotel very late, which meant that the price was too high, but normally the rate of this hotel is very affordable - if you book in good time. Everything worked ok, don't expect too much as this is a 3 start - hotel. But Location was great!

Good location but uncomfortably small rooms! We had nowhere to store our large suitcases and were struggling to move about the tiny room. The only consolation was that we were on the top floor and had a balcony to at least stretch our legs. My partner is 6 foot tall and the double bed was very uncomfortable for both of us to attempt to squish into. It advertised air conditioning but in my opinion it did nothing- we had to leave the balcony door open for some air. Most of the staff were friendly and the price affordable but we won’t be back.
