We stayed in this Holiday Inn for 5 nights. Let's start with the good points (it won't take long!) Perfectly positioned next to a metro station and Renfe train stop which transports you straight from T4 of the airport in about 35 minutes at a very reasonable cost. The metro is a very easy option for travelling around the city....

I stayed for 4 nights at the Holiday Inn Piramides, as it had a good location next to the Metro. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the hotel, and I could not fault their dedication and enthusiasm. The rooms are tired, and my chair had a broken leg on it, which was about to collapse. The wifi wasn’t...

What you would expect really. Hotel is right on the train station - but don't make the mistake I did coming from the airport. Don't get the metro - get the Renfe - line C1 - it will take you directly to the station which is 13 meters from the entrance to the hotel. The metro requires two changes and...

Good location for sight seeing and Athletico Madrid match. 8-10 minutes walk to the stadium. 12-15 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor. Piramides metro station just outside if needed. Good comfortable rooms with all the necessary facilities. Very helpful staffs at the reception. Buffet breakfast has good variations of selections. Only snag is the soundproofing between the rooms. Free Wi-Fi available....

When we got off train with our luggage we couldn't believe the hotel was just a few steps across the pavement! The Metro and bus stops are also directly outside making it easy to get around the city. The hotel is very comfortable and we were pleased to see the kettle and tea making facilities in our room. The staff...

We surprised our son to go and see a football match of Atletico Madrid. This hotel is literally around the corner, so ideal location (also because with the metro in front it only takes a few metro stops to be in the city center). Moreover, Madrid Rio is at walking distance - perfect to bike or walk through this great...

Nice location on top of metro stop Piramides! This will link you minutes from anywhere in the city and is a good 20-25 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor where everything you would want is located. The rooms are a bit outdated, walls are thin but the great, helpful attitude of the front desk staff more than made up for...

We chose this hotel third time due to its location. Calm surrounding in the middle of local population. Exellent public transportation, both metro and train stations are just at the door. A direct train connection from the Airport. Exellent housekeeping. The soundproofing between the rooms is poor. The breakfast service is opened at 7.30 which is often too late. Breakfast...

One of the worst check inn I ever seen in my life... We traveled by Train from Lisbon to Madrid and reached the Hotel around 1030 to 11.00 on13/03/2017. We requested for early check inn as we were very tired of traveling for 12 hrs. The front office executive initially agreed, wanted confirmation from her duty Manager.. The Lady duty...

We've got an acceptable standard of room, not upgraded despite the fact that we are IHG Gold Elite, however just enough for two nights. The room located very close to the lift was very noisy, so ask at the reception during check-in to allocate you a room in the opposite side. The metro station is just few meters outside the...
