Beautiful room and very well appointed soft engraved bed sheets and very fluffy pillows, bathrobe and slippers. They strive to provide for all your needs . The buffet was a great value it included a la carte dishes like omelett and eggs. They have churros every day, fruits, assorted pastries, cerela, cold cuts, truffle turkey . Even a daily energy shot . The staff at the bar was helpful and charming. The location is absolutly fantantic. We walk to la Gran Via ,Puerta del Sol , Mercado de San Miguel, reataurants , museums, parks, Palaces and el Bario de las Letras . A great great value.

If I am in Madrid again, I would definitely stay at Hotel Liabeny. Our room was quiet, scrupulously clean, well furnished, and spacious. Front desk staff were kind, patient and always willing to help us navigate the city in a comfortable, creative way.. Concierge took the time to mark up key locations on a map, along with giving us some useful insider tips. He also helped us figure out how to use the metro and rail systems, which we used extensively. Breakfast buffet is vast, attractive, and tasty. The hotel runs smoothly, earning its 4 stars. And compared to prices in American cities like New York and San Francisco, the Liabeny is a great deal.

First time in Madrid & Hotel Liabeny was right in the centre, great atmosphere, very helpful and friendly staff. Room was spotless and spacious. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and good value. Lots of cafes, tapas bars and restaurants nearby. We recommend the Liabeny if your in Madrid There is a little tapas bar “The Ovni” less that 100 yards from hotel mainly locals, low prices and might be worth a visit. We liked it.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It's a short walking distance to Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, and the Sol metro station. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are renovated and clean. The shower and toilet area are spacious, with plenty of toiletries. My recommendation to the management: (1)- Considering the price per night, please consider equipping the rooms with complimentary tea and coffee services. (2)- At the desk area, there is a study lamp and great space for the laptop, so please consider placing an electric plug there for the computer and cell phone. At the moment, guests must charge their laptops & cell phones using the plug next to the bed (far away from the desk), which requires an extension cable.

The location is excellent! It’s close to all the major attractions, the Royal palace, Plaza Mayor are all less than 10 minutes of walk, Gran via is 3 minutes away. Although it’s in the heart of the city, it’s on a quiet road which is good for sleep. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The room is spacious. The shower is great. We will definitely come back if we come to Madrid again.

I stayed here for a week and no complaints! Location is great, the hotel is very beautiful and the room was comfortable. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Breakfast had a good array of options (including churros, yay!) . The price was also one of the best I found but those things can be doe to timing or luck. Would recommend to anyone coming to madrid.

Very centrally located. Close to Gran Via and Sol Metro stations. Lots of eateries and shopping on your doorstep. We were given a triple on the top floor. There are 2 rooms, one bedroom and one living space with sofa bed. Odd design with really a small window in the bedroom and a couple of sky lights in both rooms. It worked though so no complaints. Nice clean bathroom with plenty of gels and shampoos. Big walk in shower with rainfall head. Bizarre sliding door though which wakes up the person in the sofa bed at night. Breakfast was very nice with quality meats and pastries as well as some gorgeous chorizo sausages. Nice place and you'd not go far wrong for location if you're sightseeing. Maybe look elsewhere for a better room set up if you have younger kids but clean, quiet and value for money.…

The hotel is centrally located and just a couple of minutes walk from Sol. We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early, which was nice on their part. However, the niceness ends there. We were under the impression that the hotel rooms were reasonably updated based on those advertised online when we made the bookings. But instead we got a room that feels very much like a dark, unfinished attic, with slanted low ceiling, and windows the size of those in a typical basement. I was so tempted to ask for a switch, but the kids were too tired to go through another process. At one point, they asked whether our hotels for the rest of the trip would be a bit nicer than this. I felt so bad. As it turned out, the other hotels on the trip were much better, or more consistent with expectation. Nevertheless, it was a disappointment. …

My sister, my two daughters and I all stayed in a room at the Liabeny hotel in Madrid for a weekend. This hotel is perfectly located in the centre, a stones throw away from all the shops, restaurants and sites. We walked everywhere from our hotel and it did not take long. We walked to Reterio park and San Miguel Market which took around 40 minutes. We walked to the Serrano area which did not take long either. Our hotel room was clean with lots of towels if we needed them. There was a pull out sofa bed for the girls as well as another sofa bed in the TV room. The beds were extremely comfortable with option of asking for extra pillows. We had breakfast once at the hotel which was okay. ....nothing to get excited about. All in all I would definitly stay at this hotel again.

Great room, best bathroom ever, excellent breakfast buffet and super location. It is maybe 150 yards from Puerto del Sol so is very handy for all central attractions and terrific restaurants…we’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
