We stayed 3 nights, at the beginning and end of a trip to another country. We chose Artiem because we wanted to be somewhat close to the airport for our flights but able to spend time in Madrid too. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel. Pros: Rooms are quite large by European standards Very clean and quiet and...

Warm welcome and excellent service. Very functional spaces, both common spaces and rooms, modern fresh style. Great breakfast, drinks and food available any time. Quiet place, yet few minutes away from main streets of Madrid center by car. Easy access from airport Great value for reasonable price. My first choice for Privat and Business from now!

Amazing stay! The hotel was modern and cozy. The staff was friendly. Our room was huge with the most comfy bed. We were greeted with fruit trays and bathrobes in our room. In the lounge downstairs there are unlimited snacks of salad, tapas and sandwiches as well as complimentary sodas, water, beer and wine. Breakfast buffet was amazing with an...

We stayed here for two nights. We chose it for its low cost and proximity to the airport, as Madrid was a short stop on our flight back from Barcelona. When we arrived we were amazed at the amenities. Beautiful room, great music and bar in the lobby, free wifi, etc. we had upgraded to one of their 3 suites...

A great hotel with many amenities. The hotel was very nice as were the rooms. They were very modern and spacious. The showers were fantastic too. It is about a 10-15 drive to center city though, but that wasn't really an issue, they called a cab and we were on our way.

We stayed here for one night because of its proximity to the airport prior to our departure from Madrid Barajas airport the next evening. It was a great choice. Reception was wonderful, polite and very helpful. We required the use of an iron and ironing board and this was delivered to our room promptly. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean...

Quiet, clean, modern, great staff and extremely helpful. A little out of the way but not far from airport. Also a terrific value. I was passing through Madrid a week before my first stay at Artiem and wanted a suggestion for lunch. They responded immediately with good restaurants.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night at the end of April. You can jump on the bus into the city from the airport and make a 15 minute walk to the hotel to save on taxi costs. Use Citymapper and it'll notify you of which stop to get off at. On walking there I thought it was...
