Hotel's Favorite
Artiem in Madrid is a unique hotel with spacious rooms, lavish breakfast and a free snack and drink bar open 24 hours a day. We stayed for 2 nights as a family in the top floor room with balcony and it was an amazing experience. From the moment you step in, the reception was warm and welcoming. Our room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The whole property is spotlessly clean. There was a gym as well. The breakfast in morning was sumptuous to say the least and of high quality. The highlight was definitely the snack and drink counter. I have never come across such a concept in any hotel stayed before. Kudos to the management. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended

It was a lovely surprise to arrive to this beautiful hotel. Service are very welcoming and friendly, facilities are lovely, and the eco-friendly character of the hotel is great. I loved staying here, and although we only came here to sleep, it made us feel very cozy and wished we stayed for longer. Artiem offers self service for snacks and drinks 24/7. We enjoyed some fresh fruit and one night we had a salad and sushi rice with sea weed and edamame for dinner, the food was tasty and healthy.

We were extremely satisfied by the cleanliness, quality, and service provided. The bus (#20) stop is across the street to go to downtown or to get onto a hop-on/hop-off bus. The quality of the breakfast was superior. Our only issue is that we took this flavors as our standard, which was not met at any other hotel around the south of Spain.

The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere, everything is convenient sat your disposal. The Grab and Go is brilliant as sometimes you don't want to go outside after work. This makes it very nice to stay for me while there for work.

The hotel has the right mix of being comfortable for the guest and sustainable for environment. Very comfortable beds, rooms, excellent breakfast. For me as a business guest, it was perfect to have some snacks (salads, sandwiches, yoghurt, olives, ...) available so you can decide free, if you want to go out for dinner after a day full of work or if you want to stay in privacy in the hotel.

Artiem is a really frendly clean and confy place where we had a good time. I can recommend this to everyone. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Quiet environment and just a couple of minutes to get to public transport shops or restaurants.

It was a great hotel with excellent service. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very big and clean. The shuttle to the center completely uncomplicated. Also worth mentioning are the drinks and snacks that are available free of charge at the reception!
