I just returned from a five night stay at this hotel. The location is great, but the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor breathing. They have the audacity to have a bidet in the tiny bathroom. I could never control the AC in my room and it remained hot every night. The

This hotel was part of an unescorted tour package so we did not actually pick it ourselves but we are very pleased with the choice. The hotel is a four star rated property just a short walk from the Madrid Atocha train station. This station has metro, commuter, long, and medium

A reasonable 3-star hotel (I don’t know who decided to give it 4). Good location, free WiFi, good breakfast and clean. Noisy, somewhat old, no gym and no soccer channels. Walking distance from Atocha station, El Prado and El Retiro.

Dear Juande1975, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Yours Sincerely, Manuel M. | GM

The hotel is quite close to the city centre and therefore a lot of tourists from Asia choose this hotel. The hotel is quite old and the rooms would need some renovation. But I cannot complain regarding the tidiness. What I have to complain is the noise You can hear your

The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. It was the typical twin bed in most Spanish Hotels. It was only a couple of blocks from Atocha train station. If you have a train to catch the next day this is a good hotel to stay in.

I will not write down the price because maybe the price has changed but I will add this; the money you pay for the breakfast in hotel definitely worth because there are many options to choose. If you want to have a breakfast outside you will definitely pay more. (Of course if you say coffee is enough for me for breakfast then you can have a coffee outside :) )

Hi, the hotel is around 1.5km from the museum and is a leisurely stroll. We walked to the station from the hotel but didn't get to the museum unfortunately. The Retiro park was quite a distance, mainly because we didn't know the short cuts. It's a beautiful park to visit.
