H10 is a lovely hotel, although the basic rooms are very small. No coffee or tea making facilities in room, no view in basic rooms . Breakfast expensive at €18 pp but lovely cafe across road with breakfast at €12.00 . Bed very comfortable , not a lot of hanging space or drawers for 2 people . Staff at reception very helpful and friendly. Lovely roof top terrace and bar, bar food very good .

Hotel's Favorite
We stayed there for a 3-days weekend. Service was great and careful. The room was big, clean, isolated against the street noises and comes with amazing bed sheets. All the hotel is kept at a cool temperature which is very appreciated considering it can reach 40° degrees in Madrid in the summer. The main advantage of the hotel is definitely the terrace and the pool. Breakfast was served there in the morning. Enjoying a beautiful view of Madrid while being in a refreshing pool or while taking your morning coffee is amazing! Health measures are being taken. There a limit of 6 people at the same time in the pool and the sun beds are being clean between each customer. I would recommend you book in the morning or the day before. Overall, the hotel was really great, we had an amazing experience in Madrid!

The hotel is absolutely amazing! I’ve been to many hotels but this one is probably the best I ever been to. First of all, the reasons we got an heart break on are the balcony of the room (which was our room), with the incredible view that covered the city, the design of the hotel as well as the room, the rooftop with the amazing view of Madrid and the pool on the rooftop too which is crazy beautiful. The rooms are clean and very spacious as well as the hotel in general. The personal is very nice especially the housekeepers. They are doing an amazing job. The hotel is located near to the Retiro Park. I just got one negative point: the bar on the rooftop is way to expensive for what it is served. It is a little bit far from the city center by walking but the bus 2 and 20 and the subway line 2 will take you there as well as taxis and Uber… The location is kind of an advantage and an inconvenient: it is located in a good district with good bakeries and nice restaurants, near to the park but kinda far from the center. Near to the hotel, you have a good bakery which is called “Santagloria” and the Goiko grill for good burgers. You will find nice and classy restaurants as well. Moreover, you should definitely try the Ginkgo Bar near to the plaza España and located at the 12th floor. The view of the city from there is breathtaking, the food is delicious and the personal is lovely. There are so many things to do in Madrid that I definitely recommend you to go on a trip there and obviously to book your stay at the H10…

Overall I was very disappointed. The pool, which was the main reason we booked it, was not functioning. Not to mention that even it was open, it’s TINY. Great work on the photoshop! The staff in general were not very friendly, especially the rooftop/bar restaurant ones. You’d expect in a pandemic that they would be happy to have visitors... The location is the only positive. Right next to the main entrance of the park and the Main Street

I booked through the hotel´s web page and I got a very good rate for a 21 m2 room. To my disappointment when I arrived, I got a much much smaller room that what I had booked, a real hole with a view to a service staircase. I complained and I was told that what I paid for was for the smallest room and that I had been upgraded.!!!! I thought they were joking. I have to admit that they were very nice and kind, but they didn´t solve my issue, nor they intended to and I had to stay in that closet for a week. The hotel misleads its clients.
