This boutique hotel is located in a busy area of Madrid full of clubs, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, furnished with style. In the evening, despite the nightlife, they are quiet and the staff is courteous and helpful. Possibility to have dinner/lunch directly in the structure. I will definitely come back.

Located in the picturesque streets below the Plaza Mayor, this restaurant is a real gem in the heart of Madrid. The restaurant is designed down to the smallest details, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that goes perfectly with the quality of the dishes served. The cuisine is simply exquisite, with a menu that offers a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The wine shop is particularly impressive, with a large and varied selection of wines to pair beautifully with each dish. The staff add a special touch to the overall experience, being extremely friendly and attentive. The beauty of the location, combined with the quality of the service and food, makes this restaurant an excellent choice for those looking for a memorable meal in the center of Madrid. Very recommended, don't forget to book!

It is a very comfortable boutique hotel, located in the center of Madrid, a short distance from the Plaza Mayor and close to most of the Spanish capital's sites of interest.
Breakfast is served at the same time, in the El Dragón de Oro restaurant. It has an excellent buffet and they instantly prepare eggs to your liking and all kinds of coffees.
The rooms are super clean, with modern decoration. The bathroom very well equipped.
The hotel's own restaurant, highly recommended, with many dishes from Spanish/Madrid cuisine.

We were three people. When we arrived, very soon, there were only three or four tables occupied and at least six or eight empty. They placed us in a tiny room next to the kitchen where the plates and bottles barely fit. We asked if they could change us. They told us that the rest of the tables were for four people but after five minutes couples began to arrive and they placed them on the tables of four. In those of four people they placed two because there were no smaller ones. We asked if we could put the coats somewhere. They rudely told us no and when we asked for a chair where we could leave them, the woman who was "attending us" (attending is a way of saying it) answered us rudely. Next step: "Would you like something to drink?" One of us said: "Yo, a rod." Answer: "It has to be double, we only put double." "Well, water, bring me water." At that moment, my friend, tired of so much impertinence, answered with the same vinegar face as the waitress, manager or head of the room. And here came the unprecedented thing that left us perplexed: the waitress or manager or head of the room told us: "Since I see that you are not comfortable, it is better that you leave." And opening his hand and simulating a pass like a bullfighter, he said as if giving an order: "Go away. I plan to serve you." I, who had barely spoken, answered: "We are not going to leave because we have not behaved in a proper manner." indecent manner. Look: I have been a customer of this place since it opened, more than twenty years ago, long before you worked here." At the end of this conversation, another employee attended who I don't know if she had more stripes than the person who was "attending us" and she must have said something to her because from that moment on she changed her attitude and tried to be friendly.
The three of us who were there have eaten in restaurants around the world and nothing like this has ever happened to us. How can you have someone like that working in a public service? Oh, the food is good. Although what mattered least to us was the food.

A 3 star that is believed to be a 4.
Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, but: every day they missed the towels that collected on their own initiative from where we hung them, the courtesy kit, they put only one and we were 4, only the first day and then never again. Breakfast, little x variety and especially x 6 days at the buffet always the same things: yogurt, salami, cheese, quince and strawberry jam, croissants. Good juice made at the time. One night we even had dinner at the restaurant, nothing much, go eat in front of Taberna LA CONCHA, you eat divinely and you spend less. In the evening you hear people dining at the restaurant, ask for rooms on the third or fourth floor otherwise you hear the noise.
Excellent only the location.

We loved the location, the friendly service and the clean, simple rooms. I’m only giving it four stars because there was no hot water on the last day so we had to take freezing cold showers in the middle of winter. Not ideal but that’s the downside of a smaller establishment. Otherwise a wonderful stay in Madrid.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff, well located with great restaurants on the doorstep and an easy walk to most major attractions.
The rooms are well appointed and individual in their decor and the breakfast we had was excellent with a selection of hot and cold choices and great service.
Overall very good and we would certainly stay here again if in Madrid.

Bad from the beginning. They told me that they had to reserve by @ and when we arrived at the inn for dinner they had not even paid attention to the email they sent. We sat down to dinner and after ordering all the orders, we asked them to bring us bread and to our surprise they told us that there was no more, that people had eaten a lot of bread that day... just like that, without saying at least a "sorry." We had ordered meatballs in sauce and thank goodness we didn't order broken eggs!...we would have had to dip them with our finger.
How I miss the friendly treatment of the waiters!

Situated within walking distance of most major sites and numerous metro stations this is a great hotel. Clean, nice size room and possessing a great style it is a really nice place to stay. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the place was always packed and the bar was a very nice place to have an end of the day drink. The staff was perfect. Helpful, courteous and friendly in every instance.
I was surprised at how quiet it was considering the busy restaurant bar downstairs.
We will definitely be revisiting this hotel.

Hi. We had 2 Double sized beds in a lovely room.
Non of the rooms are noisy because they are properly isolated, on the other hand, if you decide to book a family room we will do the necessary arrangements to allocate you on a higher floor less close to the street and our restaurant. For your information restaurant close at 24.00 and no noise should be done after this hour in the hotel. We don't usually receive guest's complaint about noise to be honest.
Hello!, in the hotel we haven't got a parking service and the only possibility is a parking area however isn't free of charge. The name is Parking de La Cebada and is located at the market of Plaza de La Cebada. The price is 32 € per day.
If you decide not travelling by car you have a very efficient transport network to move all around the city and beyond.
And another option is the taxi.
If you need more information, please contact us by telephone at +34911191494.
We are also in Facebook, Twitter if needed.
Kind regards.
Not in the hotel I am afraid, however there is a Parking area 150 mtrs far from us but it must be pay per day or per hour, the name is Parking de La Cebada. In the surroundings aswell if you park the car you must get a ticket and is underpayment too. On the other hand public transport; bicycle, bus, taxi and undreground are very good options for sightseeing Madrid.
For further information please call the hotel at 91 119 14 94, our front-desk team will help you for more details.
