Everything was perfect, thank you. I don't know what to say more but the kindness of the staffs is really cute and the shuttle service to airport was really successful. Again thank you for everything. We will stay here if we come again

The staff was very friendly. Location excellent. Room was small though, bathroom is cruise ship size. Hot water limited!!!!! When reported it they said to wait half an hour (which did not helped!). They said it was limited!!! Air conditioning and heater not working properly. The staff there was helpfull but whoever they depended in not.

For a youth or one who is feeling so, is a good point of start to explore the town. For me, Madrid is very special, so it's hard to me to find a single reason for not rating as 'very good' all its related to.

The hotel is close to everything: shopping, tourist attractions, restaurants, metro station. The room is quite small. Some noise carried in our room from the corridor and from other rooms. However no noise could be heard outside. The breakfast was in a nearby diner, but it was not that good.

Stayed 4 nights. There are only 2 floors - first level and basement. Our rooms were on the first level. Walls were very thin, we could hear noises of people checking in, checking out. These noises were even more frequent and louder than the occasional street noises. Room and bathroom are very small. Bed and pillow were not comfortable. One... More

Excelent Location, near all the great spots to visit. Friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are small but comfortable. Wifi a little bit slow. Good price. Breakfast not taken in the hotel, but in another location.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days, and really enjoyed! The hotel is quite near the metro station in the city center. The room is clean and with comfortable decoration. And the receptionist is really nice to answer all the questions. I think I would recommend this hotel to my friends. BTW, I love Madrid so much! Hope I... More

What a supper friendly owners! It took me 5 minutes walk from Sol metro station, the hostel is located in a quiet street with many outdoor restaurant like SE Asian cities. The owners don't speak English or French (most of Madrid-ers) but they was trying to communicate with me and we understood each other quite well. I had 2 nights... More

great location, modern rooms and great value for money, Slightly smaller rooms than your average room. Clean and helpful staff at the front desk. I would return and stay in this hotel as I was able to see all attractions by foot

Great place to stay in Madrid. Close to all the main Sites but set in an inexpensive area. Breakfast Cafe that the hotel uses is outstanding value for money and really friendly staff. Well worth the cost of the hotel

Staying in Centro

Neighborhood Profile
Centro
Expansive plazas, local and foreign crowds, street performers, colorful lights, window shopping, restaurant signs promising the best paella, ham, and churros con chocolate- this is downtown Madrid, a collection of plazas interconnected by a network of side streets. Some of these side streets are wide pedestrian shopping routes, and some are hidden, so it's possible to duck in and out of the bustle as desired. The iconic Puerta del Sol is the giant crossroads of the city and a must-see attraction at any time of the day. The nearby Plaza Mayor, completely enclosed by historic red buildings, is an ideal place to grab a bite to eat outside, amidst scores of tables and people out for a stroll. Plaza Isabel II (also known as “Opera”) is smaller and a good meeting spot, and the stately Plaza del Oriente is the front yard of the Royal Palace. Centro can be touristy (pickpockets are unfortuately not unheard-of here), crowded, and sometimes gimmicky, but it is also the place to experience classic Madrid.
