4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW via mobile

We stayed three nights and were upgraded to a suite which was very much appreciated. Lots of room. Separate lounge and a kitchenette. Bathroom was a great size with lots of hot water. Two single beds were very comfy. TV had BBC so we could keep up with the news. Unfortunately no other English channels. Breakfast was great too. Usual... More

Stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Front desk staff spoke impeccable English and were extremely helpful re metro and directions etc. Hotel is located directly across the road from the Palace with simply outstanding views. My room unfortunately didn't have a view but it was very quiet. There is bright and quirky art work throughout the hotel... More

Easy and close access from the metro/train station, 15 min walk into the centre these apartments are an ideal place to stay. Staff excelled, (helping retrieving my bag left in the taxi - was not flavour of the month that day with my other half). Rooms were clean with plenty of room, bar at the top has a great view... A hotel - but with facilties for self-catering. (A good breakfast is available on a lower floor). It's was clean and well equippred. The hotel is slightly away from the immediate city centre but the wonderful C1/C2 bus will take you quickly to all the main sights. There's an open-air tapas bar on the top floor, with good food and... More

Stayed here for a week in an enormous suite with lounge, kitchen area and a bed big enough for a family. All the facilities are excellent (we don't do breakfast but the breakfast room looked very nice). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Tip number one: the hotel is on a very busy and noisy road so ask for... More

This was our favorite hotel while in Spain. We stayed in three others across Spain and this was the best room and value. Our view was spectacular. At night, when the Royal Palace was lit up, it seemed you could reach out and touch it. Amenities were very nice. It had a kitchenette, sitting area and balcony. It was easy... More

Our room: Studio with views (7th floor) This was a very comfortable room with surprisingly comprehensive kitchenette. While listed as a studio, there was plenty of space for sitting/eating inside and out. Well-situated across from Plaza de Oriente, there is easy access to main streets, shops, and it was about 15 min walk to the Prado. Overall: excellent! We'll definitely... More

Stayed for 3 nights. Very good hotel and the staff are extremely helpful and courteous, with every need attended to (from booking us restaurant reservations to tour reservations). Stayed in a suite (very spacious) with separate living room and kitchen (fully equipped). Room service was good and air con worked very well. Opposite the Royal Palace and about 15-20 mins... More

Spent 3 days in Madrid and had a very enjoyable time at this hotel. Staff was very helpful and courteous, with every need attended to. The rooftop bar is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Rooms are essentially suites, with a separate living room and kitchen, fully appointed. Very nice to have all the extra... More

Loved this place, beautiful views of the Royal Palace, funky environment, great drinks, attractively looking food (have not tried it though). Was there with my husband to meet an amazing pink sunset above the Sierra de Madrid. If you want to have a seat there, booking is advisable, especially if on the weekends.
