Excellent location, very modern and comfortable. The staff is very good, I specially had a great experience with Mohammed from the front desk who helped me to pack a bottle that I wanted to take home. I asked for a quiet room in the back of the building and had no problems sleeping. Very good value for the money

The facilities and everybody who worked there was lovely, but the mattress was like concrete and the pillows offered no support. I barely slept 4 hours in 2 nights. The hotel was nice, clean, wonderful location, but I couldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent with several museums close by and many other sights within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us when we arrived at the hotel very sleep deprived from our long journey.

This hotel is in a charming small street right across from the Museo del Prado. Several other important museums are within walking distance. So I think this is a great place to stay for culture buffs. This property seems to be new or recently renovated. My premium room with square view and balcony was in immaculate condition. My balcony was tiny, like 1 sq meter or something. You basically stand inside the window, there's not even space for a single chair. Nevertheless, I got an awesome rate for this room (perhaps covid-related) so the value for money was tremendous. I also enjoyed the little cafe they have outside on the square, a great place for people-watching over a beer or wine. The breakfast in the restaurant inside was perfectly adequate with super-prompt service. The Radisson Rewards elite recognition was not so great. I still give a full rating for this hotel. Particularly in light of the low rate I paid, this stay most def exceeded my expectations. Bottom line: great location, great room, good food & beverage service, good staff, mereley the elite experience could be improved.
