I had booked a four nights stay three months in advance, but the day before my arrival I received an e-mail that my reservation would be cancelled unless I called back within two hours. I was busy and e-mailed back plus called back after three hours as soon as I saw the message.

The best choice if you don’t have car. Very clean, fresh and modern.

Don’t be afraid of the dark entrance and narrow halls!!!
As soon as you open the door, you feel that you are in a 5* hotel👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

The room is very tiny. Small. Number 2. Very quiet. The AC goes directly to your face. This is not so convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. Paying 50 euros for the room is ok. But I won't pay more.

This hostal is located next to a metro and within walking distance of most major attractions and shopping. While the rooms are small, they are clean and the beds are very comfortable. We rented two rooms for our teenagers and ourselves. They were side by side and worked great for

Great Location and nice service. Quite small room with very comfortable bed. Good breakfast in cafe near hostel. Price appropriate to the quality. Really enjoyed my stay. Stuff was very helpful and spoke various languages.

Hello, do you have safe boxes in the rooms to keep valuables? Also do you have luggage storage after check-out? My flight home is in the evening and I wish to explore the city for a few hours after check out. Gracias.
I'm not sure but i remember that there was not the safe boxes. I think that if you ask to reception, they can take your luggage for all day.

How easy is it to get to from the airport please? Could we catch a bus or try the metro?
It's really easy to get there by metro. Your first station is "Aeropuerto Bajaras" and the last one "Noviciado" (just next to the hostel).
