I was looking for somewhere close to bus routes, metro, shops, mercado {supermarket] right across the road, that was clean and inexpensive. This hotel was perfect for me. Air con worked in 39 degrees C, shower had hot water and the sheets were fresh and clean. unlike some i have stayed in, in other parts of Spain for a much... More

It was clean, the room was confortable. The staff were good, they were very sympa. It wasnt so close of subway, but it was accessible. There is a lot of options of restaurants in the area. There is a place to leave the bags after the check out. The price was fair.

Budget option for three lads we we're over for the football so just needed a base. Room was clean, very basic and we never heard any noise. Buses run opposite (number 23) into Plaza Mayor every 10 minutes or so and a metro stop nearby.I would stop again on a lads trip but not sure if Id stay here for... More

The hotel was basic but clean. The beds were rock hard though. Did barely get any sleep for 2 weeks :( The area was good, plenty of basic shops around, and a 24/7 convenience store just down the road. A walk to the metro takes 5-10 minutes and was very easy to find. The wifi was also terrible (kept getting... More

Very simple room but very clean and this I have appreciated the most. Nice staff as well and helpful. It is close to the centre and overall I consider is a very good deal. Free wifi was a plus. The only issue I had it was the hot water during the day. It looks like the boiler has small capacity... More

The weird stains on the walls, the horrible stench from the pipes, the fact that our room was the smallest it could possibly be (the wardrobe couldn't be opened because of the bed), the 30-40 minute journey from the city centre, the 7th floor balcony with a disturbingly low barrier (mid-thigh level) were all kind of manageable for the price.... Oh my God. Where to start? The shabby, shabby location or the fact that they lost our booking? We had to pay in cash while we waited for someone (the very helpful, nice Lydia who handled the booking) to arrive the next day and sort it out. The man at reception ignored us until he was ready to attend to... More
