The staff is very accommodating, the patios outside the room have delightful views on both sides of the hotel, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The restaurant was also quite good. Would recommend this hotel highly.

We had a 3 day trip to Gib. Our first time and we loved it. The hotel was great with very pleasant staff greeting us on our arrival. Despite Expedia not forwarding our booking the hotel manager was quick to sort out our rooms quickly so we could get settled in. We ate in Nunos restaurant and the food was...

After reading endless reviews of this hotel we decided to give it a chance. On arrival at Gibraltar airport early evening we were met by the mini bus, which we ordered through the hotel, to take us to the hotel, at a cost of £6 per person each way. We shared the mini bus with several people who were going...

Like Gibraltar itself, it's easy to be critical of the building works and tired exterior of the hotel, so if you're overly fussy, stop reading now. I absolutely loved every aspect of this place: the interior is classy with a homely lounge/bar area where you get reasonably priced food and regular entertainment. The hotel houses Nuno's, an Italian restaurant which...

Stayed here for a wedding, in September, loads of confusion with the rooms at check-in, double room now twin rooms etc. full of false promises to get us out of the reception. eventually resolved issues on day three. Staff in Bar area more concerned with talking to work colleagues than serving tables sitting outside, even when we asked if it...

Rooms are comfortable, well furnished and ours had a lovely view. We ate in the restaurant which was very good and fair value. The hotel faces East so there's practically no evening sun although in Gibraltar there's a rock in the way so you have to settle for one or the other! There is parking but limited. Being a surveyor...

What a wonderful hotel a big thank you for making my wife's birthday break such an amazing one. We had a fantastic suite over looking the rock . The hotel is on the quiet side of Gibraltar next to a sandy cove . There is however a little traffic but nothing to worry you and I slept like a log...

The Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is of a high quality. But the only only thing that lets this Hotel down is...

Back from another lovely stay at the Caleta. They really need to do something about the now, very shabby outside. Such a shame as the inside is lovely. We had a newly re-furbished room and it was excellent. Somethings that will never change are the stunning seaviews and sunrises. Thanks to Kevin, the night manager, for making us feel so...
