Booked through Expedia back in November for travel in May. Only day before we where to arrive we received a email from Expedia cancelling the hotel as the hotel had overbooked. After spending 4 hours on phone to Expedia which is very difficult as there customer services English is not very good we finally had to settle with 1 day,...

Booked this hotel months ago. Boarded our plane at Gatwick and started checking emails only to find one via Expeadia advising us that our booking had been cancelled! No explanation? Only assume as this hotel is being refurbished work had not finished in our proposed room or if work had finished they could sell the room at an improved price!,...

This is a very lovely hotel with professional staff. Very kind and helpful. There were a few people who'd gone that extra mile to make our stay unforgettable - evening crew Luca and Jerome - thanks a lot one more time and see you in near future.

Yes there are renovations going on but once you are inside it is clean and smart. We had a balcony room so had views over the sea where there were ships lining up to go into port. Hotel a bit out of the way so that you needed to take the bus into town but at £1.20 for a senior...

Stayed here for the darts wknd quieter village location away from the hustle and bustle with a small beach below and a restaurant/cafe and only about a 20-25 min walk from ocean village marina and a bus stop right outside hotel every 15 mins in either direction buses obviously stop at night but got a taxi back to hotel booked...

We stayed at the Caleta again as we have done in the past, its still not a bad hotel, they are trying to upgrade it with repairs etc, if you can get a room at the back with sea views. continental breakfast plenty to choose from. you can get the bus from outside the hotel every 30 mins and the...

First off, the hotel isn't very close to town. It is a ten minute bus ride, and there is a bus stop quite literally just outside the front door. They run every fifteen minutes (ish) during the day. Fare is £1.50 single or £2.25 for an all day "hoppa" ticket which can be used all day, on any bus except...

Stayed there in May 2017. Their website indicated renovations would be completed in April 2017...... they were not completed! Parking only down the street!! Scaffolding everywhere and construction noises completely took away the serenity of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.. The front desk personnel really need a training session on how to be friendly & helpful to the paying clients!!!

My husband and I had a great 3 night stay at the hotel, we had booked a mountain room only room, after I booked I read many reviews advising a sea view - at our check in we asked if we could upgrade to a sea view but was quoted £90 a night!! We didn't bother but was very happy...

We had just one night in this hotel. The visit was ok, but I wouldn't go rushing back. Overall the hotel needs modernisation, the decor of our rooms was tired, the pool area was shabby, etc. They are doing work on the hotel, which, when finished, will be great. However while it's being done, you've got building noise, and the...
