From the outside it looks terrible including the corridors but inside the room looks amazing and isn't a bad place to stay with a nice pool but is still a little pricey. Also the apartment I stayed at there's 2 bedroom with one of them has a bathroom and there's another bathroom and the kitchen with the living room.

For most people this would be an excellent location, it is a spotlessly clean and good sized apartment. The downside for me was the traffic noise during the day. A major road is not far away, from the apartment, so you continually hear the noise of scooters and motor bikes throughout the day. The noise dies down after tea time....

Revolting, smelly corridor, manky room with a fold away bed, obviously never been decorated or refurbished since it was built, probably in the 80s. One of the lifts kept breaking down. Avoid it at all costs

5th floor apartment in a great location. This holiday was just a bit of nostalgia on my part as I was last here in 1972 in the Royal Navy, and I wanted my wife to enjoy a bit of my past ! The apartment was well appointed, with loads of space and a good fitted kitchen. The only fault was...

We read the reviews and decided that even though the outside of the building was a bit tatty the flat itself looked OK. The location is perfect, close to Main Street and Morrisons. The flat itself is better than we expected. We plan to come again next year.

Booked our apartment through Herald Travel. Ocean Heights building looking old and tired, corridors are and accident waiting to happen as there are rips and holes all along. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Staff at Herald were cheery and very helpful, no complaints there. Please be aware that though they say the apartment will be cleaned once a week and...

We booked through a booking agency and stayed in a private apartment (not herald travel). Whilst the building and communal areas are well worn and dated, the appt was lovely, refurbished and clean. We used the pool and this was fine, security there and you show a pass. John our landlord was lovely and told us all we needed to...

Booked through letting agency, The one bedroom apartment on 8th floor was disgusting. It smelt when we walked in. No unit tops in lounge/kitchen and floors had been cleaned. The fridge, cooker and toaster were dirty. We had to go and buy cleaning materials.
