We could only stay a night just before the Covid19 Spanish State of Emergency. Even though many Gibraltar sites closed, we enjoyed the central location for a long walk around the city and up to the Nature Reserve. Our contact via electronic means with our host was easy and very helpful in knowing what was open, where we could get food. The room itself was very nicely efficient, with simple kitchenette with water kettle, microwave, and completed with coffee, teas, bread rolls, jam. We hope to return to stay longer.
My wife and I stayed for three nights and found it to be very clean & comfortable. It has everything needed for a comfortable short stay. It is near enough to the Main Street & far enough away to prevent the noise. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
Great location .Our room as named Bijou . It was but was perfectly formed everything in place , fridge microwave iron . Very comfortable bed , Didn't need the TV but all channels on there even free sports , So did watch a little haha
No luxury hotel and no community facilities, but caring owners and comfortable room if a little on the small side. This was good value in Gibraltar terms and in the heart of the old town in the most interesting part. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby but it's slightly off the main street so fairly quiet. Very good for a one or two night stay.
Although we didn't make it to this hotel due to my wife needing emergency surgery a week before we were due to arrive. The owners were very understanding and refunded the full amount in full for our stay. When we do return to Gibraltar we will definitely be staying at this hotel.
