This was a perfect ending point to our walk along the Camino Portugues and is only a short walk from the main square and cathedral. The views from the rear facing rooms is onto the cathedral itself and at night when the towers are lit up provides a great backdrop and fitting end to a memorable walk. The rooms are...

This hotel is Clean, comfortable, with helpful staff, a great location near all the sites, fabulous views of the cathedral. Great value. Trip advisor is asking me for 200 words but I have said all that needs to be said. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

Nice hotel. Great beds. Great service. In historical area. Centrally located around good places to eat. Not far from the Catedral. Will stay here again. This review needs more words so I will also recommend wine for it is cheap and delicious.

Got to this hotel early after finishing our Camino. Our room was ready for us! We were delighted as we couldn't wait to get out of our walking clothes. The room was at the front so we had no view of the cathedral, but looked over road and park. Lovely to be able to open the large windows and let...

A great location with views of the Cathedral from our room. Was great to have a small patio to sit out in the evening but seating could have been better and the vegetation needs a short trim. Enough choice at breakfast and tea & coffee available in the sitting room in reception was an added bonus. Staff on reception very...

I stayed at Hotel Pombal for one night during a business trip. It was a late booking and I was given a room in the basement which seemed to have been converted from an entertainment room, with a wobbly partition wall next to the narrow bed. The room was adequate but not pleasant. In the morning I drew back the...

Dear Customer. We regret your discomfort about this issue. When you lodged the reception was offered a discount and gave a card to get in touch with management, but the manager has not reached any mail about it. We could send the information of accident to the insurance, but we have no contact and the receptionist did not see any...

Very happy with all aspects of the hotel. Wonderful to step out of the hotel straight into the historic part of Salamanca. Parking was nearby in secure underground car park not difficult to find with directions from hotel staff. Very useful city map available at hotel. Salamanca is an amazing historic city and especially beautiful lit up at night.

Nice Hotel good sized rooms at value price. Staff however have gone out of there way to assist us with all the issues you have when your a long distance traveller. I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATE when I dont speak the local language that they go out of there way to speak ENGLISH. On a little back street with views of Cathedral.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Pombal after the 100 k Camino. The bed was comfortable and the room was very pleasant with a pretty view. Handy location. Plenty of choice for breakfast, the upside down pineapple cake was delicious
