We finished our Camino a day early and stayed a night in this little Hotel in a lovely old building close to the Cathedral. We had the room on the ground floor and was looking forward to hearing the Cathedral bells at night but either I was tired after 500kms walk or the two sets of double glazing kept the... More

Nicely located, being within 5 min walk from Cathedral. The breakfast wasn't available when i was there due to drain problems which were fixed by the time i was leaving the place. Very comfortable. A bit too close if you are a light sleeper as I heard the Cathedral bells until early hours.

We had read some positive reviews about this place and decided to book it for our two night stay and before our six hour drive south. I agree with the reviews that it is clean, warm with plenty of hot water which one would expect for this type of hotel. However, we found the room extremely small with views of... More

As far as two star establishments in Spain go this is more like a three star with a five star staff who are friendly and kind, although not very skilled in English. They go out of their way to communicate and make you comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are very basic, in a very old restored stone building. They are... More

Wonderfull location, very kind staff, very clean, it could be new!!, and very reasonable price for bedroom and breakfast (Spanish breakfast : toast, butter, croissant, orange juice, coffee, even if you have any food intolerance, you can ask them, they will try, and that's more than I expected)

Excellent small hotel, a great location in the San Clemente area. The owner was friendly and helpful. My Spanish isn't great but we had no difficulty getting our ideas across to one another. The hotel was a great value, as well. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot and the room was warm. The hotel... More

We stayed in the lovely family room in the top floor. It is warm (it was cold and rainy in the city), dry, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The staff is friendly, polite and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is in an excellent location, within the old city, but slightly peripheral, so that... More

Ideal place to explore the ancient and historic city of Santiago and sample the many varieties of food establishments which are very close. Santiago is a very noisy city, and packed full of tourists and pilgrims. The hotel is quiet inside, but the loud noises from the neighbouring buildings can make getting off to sleep difficult. Spotlessly clean rooms and... More

I could not praise this hotel or the staff enough. I loved the location which was in the heart of the old town but far from the madding crowd (Santiago is incredibly busy with tourists). The staff are very friendly with a special mention for Julio who served breakfast with a smile every morning. Highly recommended and I hope to... More

It's a very homey and cosy small hotel. The location is super! It is right in the old town center. All main attractions are within 5~10 minutes walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!
