Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful staff at Casa Carris de la Troya. The warmth of the welcome we received after a long drive, the efficiency of the registration process and the quiet and simplicity of the hotel were balm to our tired bodies. Silvia helped with everything- luggage, parking, check-in. She even walked with us to our...

This was my final hotel at the end of five weeks of walking the camino de Santiago. I stayed for two nights. Charming small boutique hotel in a great location in the old town. Modern decor, clean, and the staff very friendly, good command of English, and extraordinarily helpful. No option for dining, but this is not necessary given the...

Great hotel. Lovely room with wonderful shower pressure. The cathedral is down the block. The location is perfect. Right near the church, restaurants and shops. I absolutely loved my time here. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely place to stay, good breakfast and the staff are very helpful. Only two downsides are the rooms facing the street are noisy and the wi-fi continually disconnects. Other than that it is a great location and the rooms are very comfortable. Large bath too!

Very nice hotel, very cosy as there is not many rooms. To get there with a car is a little challenge but once you are, everything is at walking distance. The hotel will recommend you a private parking, which is easy to find. Breakfast are amazing and Beatrice treated us very well. There is no restaurant beside for breakfast but...

We stayed in this lovely hotel for two nights. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel at midnight and we paid 21 euros. The check in was very smooth and we were in our lovely room in no time. The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the old town, a few metres from...

A perfect end to a perfect Camino! I made a reservation while I was still a few hours outside of Santiago and arrived in the old town to find a charming, boutique hotel. The location is ideal, the staff were very helpful, and the price was just right.

Getting here can be a bit difficult but the staff gives very helpful directions before arrival. Since it is in the heart of old town, the streets are restricted and narrow. There's only one way in & it's restricted meaning you must be allowed in after contacting authorities via intercom at the restricted intersection. Once there, the staff is very...

We stayed in this special boutique hotel in early September 2015. There was some trouble finding the hotel, with our brand new Tom Tom with latest European maps taking us to the city square (where there is a lot of pedestrian traffic and activities, right in front of the Cathedral!) - the hotel was 150 metres away inaccessible by motor...

Lovely boutique hotel in a wonderful location with excellent, very helpful staff, service and lovely clean rooms. This was our first time in Santiago and if we return we would not hesitate to use this hotel. We stayed here four nights at the start of our travels and one at the end. We had two different rooms and both were...
