The outside of the San Clemente is deceptively modest, but inside it is a lovely little hotel, tastefully furnished and relaxing. I loved it! It was just what I needed. I hadn't walked the Camino, but I had been to a tiring conference and was feeling very under the weather with a cold. The charming little San Clemente serves breakfast...

This hotel , located just 5 min. walking from the Cathedral in Compostella is absolutely best deal and choice! So quiet, so charming. Small but that is also a plus. It offers nice rooms, cleaned each day. From here you can go anywhere in town! The personnel is very friendly, helpful, breakfests are simple, but there is nothing more you'll...

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. From arranging an early breakfast to sorting a taxi to the airport etc. The room was immaculate, a double as requested and the breakfast was more than expected. Also the two sets of double glazed doors ensured the the street noise was completely excluded.

It's hard to capture the number of ways this was a waste of money. The receptionist was late to work (3:00pm) had a terrible demeanor attitude. The room small, cramped, and had "framed" notices everywhere of their policies and penalties (instead of photos of san Clemente. The freezer in the kitchen didn't work, their was no A/C, and the room...

This was a great little hotel, close to the cathedral. Our host Maria, Jose was fabulous, she made us feel like part of the family. She answered all of our questions , and was very helpful in planning our day trips . I would recommend this hotel. We would stay again, Maria was a big part of our positive response...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights after completing the Camino de Santiago and we had a fantastic stay in this lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been nicer & we were delighted with our choice of hotel. They knew we were walking so arranged for us to have the 2 bedrooms on...

Very nice hotel on a quiet street, only a few minutes from the catedral and the busy streets full of tapas bars. The rooms are not too small and have a beautiful stone wall. The fact that there is a big parking just in front is also handy because there is no other way to find a parking space for...

We stayed here for two nights during a trip through the North of Spain. The room we got was clean and quite large, except for the bathroom. The location is superb and the staff at the reception very friendly. We got a voucher for a free drink in a nearby restaurant. However: For the price we payed I'd expect a...

Charming, convenient and friendly staff, this hotel was exactly what we needed at the end of our cycle. Rooms neat, spacious, facilities excellent and breakfast ample and varied. Near the cathedral and several parks, the location allows you to walk to cathedral and explore the historic quarter with ease.

A great location just a stones throw away from the cathedral, near many good restaurants. Very comfortable, quiet room. Spanish-style breakfast (lots of bread, and light on the protein). Free luggage storage during our hike -- it was waiting for us IN OUR ROOM when we arrived -- no elevator, but they carried it upstairs before we even arrived! Above...
